Horrible customer service. Booked online using Orbitz, got a great price. Upon arrival to pick up the car -compact vehicle- I was told that I MUST add their insurance which totaled three times as much as the original quote. I had bought an insurance policy thru AAA that covered up to $40,000 for rented cars. They claimed that this was not valid. I felt that they did not want to honor the quote I got for a low season. I understand that taxes and other fees are added in the end and the original quote is just for the rent of the car. I ended leaving and did not use their services.
