Mi experiencia no fue muy buena, ya que el primer día de ingreso me dieron una habitación sin puerta en el baño y sin puerta en la ducha, cuando me fui a duchar el agua salio hasta fuera del pasillo, fui a reclamar ya que la habitación que había pagado no era lo que me habían dado, ignorando mi reclamo, dejándome a la espera de ser atendida por el personal por quince o veinte minutos mientras, charlaban o atendían el teléfono, hasta que se acordaban que estaban hablando conmigo, esto fue hasta que muy enojada pedí hablar con algún gerente y/o encargado quien fue la única persona que solucionó mi problema. La atención de lo mozos a excepciona de unos pocos, fue bastante antipática y al momento de pedir algo me ponían cara de no se que.... La verdad que a comparación de otros hoteles en los que he estado de categoría 5 estrellas, es dejo mucho que desear.

Hotel q con suerte llega a 4 estrellas. Se nota en varias cosas: calidad y variedad de las comidas, muebles de la habitacion. Fueron muy descorteses desde el check in, mostrandonos todo rápido, como apurados. Reclamamos 4 veces q trajeran un refrigerador q ya habiamos pagado. Los mozos tbn eran poco amables y apurados. La única q nos hizo sentir interesada en nosotras fue Yamil. Todo el resto del personal, si no sos gringo con propina...no te dan importancia

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. When we initially got to the hotel, there was a crack in our room door. The first night of our stay, we were woken up at 3 AM by 5 hotel employees demanding to be paid $300 cash for the broken door. They accused us of breaking the door and when asked to provide proof, they were unable to give any. After 30 minutes of arguing with the employees, they finally left our room. We were never approached by any hotel employee again about the door until we went to checkout. At that point, the same employee who initially barged into our room approached and would not let the front desk attendant check us out until we paid the $300. When we again refused, he had security block all entrances to the hotel, would not allow our transportation vehicle onto the premises, and said he would call the cops to make us miss our flight if we would not pay. Extortion is never a good business practice and if you make the mistake of staying at this hotel, do so at your own risk. The hotel was also extremely run down, they nickel and dime you at every corner ($0.50 per bottle of water, $2 for US beers, payment for wine at dinner), and the food was terrible. The worst Mexican food I have ever had was in Mexico thanks to this hotel.

Besides the room service staff, everyone else was very friendly! Clean sheets everyday, the restaurants were great!, on site entertainment was fun & we had a free boat ride! The mountain themed steakhouse was our favorite. We will return and enjoy Mexico outside of the hotel.

This resort is a fantastic place to stay. Food is great and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend booking a seaside room. The resort is also very close to a shopping plaza and the airport.

Simply Awesome! GP is on the smaller side but has all the amenities of the bigger ones. We liked that it was smaller because you got to know a lot more people. The staff was absolutely incredible. My wife twisted her knee during the trip and the staff helped tremendously. From applying anti inflammatory, providing endless ice to our room, finding a specialized knee brace and having it delivered to the hotel, wheelchair use... I could go on and on. They coordinated anything and everything we needed help with. If you need anything or just want to know how things work in Cancun, Jonathan (concierge services) is your man. He gave me great Intel so I could operate like a local when away from the hotel. I came up with more things to ask him the longer we stayed because he LOVES helping people. What an asset he was to our trip. The food was really good. The drinks were amazing (thanks Fonzi). The AC in our room was great. There was plenty to do everyday. Lots of entertainment. We are definitely going to try to make this an annual trip!

Good hotel to go do tours not to stay, food is average but not 5 star, service was hit or miss with servers, but the building is super outdated and needs new everything, the building is stuck in the 1990s and looks like they patched everything up, every room is the same except for the views and suites but even that was not really 5 star, lastly the beach is ok but I came after tropical storm Harvey so we had rough water and seaweed. Good luck if you choose this resort

Good for the price but not GREAT. Prepare to take the bus to the downtown area since the resort is pretty far from the shopping district. Buses are quick, easy and cheap to catch. The food is only so-so. The buffet ("Paradise") has many good options but the "specialty" restaurants have a limited menu and only select items are actually tasty. Only 1 pool to swim in (no diving) but there are several bars. The younger crowd (under 40 and ready to party) is limited. Service people are attentive to your needs.

Very high spirited and friendly atmosphere! Itzel and "Sexy" Rosy are awesome party hosts! The bellman Silverio gave outstanding service and went above the call of duty to ensure our stay was pleasurable. Unfortunately my girlfriend and I had some plumbing issues in our room, but we were upgraded to an ocean view without hassle. The food in all the restaurants was delicious. We did have a longer than usual wait for our food in Pier 12 seafood and pasta restaurant but they made up for it with the delicious tiramisu dessert! Overall our stay at Golden Parnassus was great and I highly recommend vacationing at this resort

The resort was fantastic....Staff is excellent and friendly, and is very accommodating. We had a minor problem communicating with some of them, but that is to be expected. We had a day at the pool where we did not have an umbrella, I asked a staff member for one, and it was brought to us immediately. Coffee in the morning was brought to us instantly, and the waiters are superb, as are the bartenders! The ONLY real problem I had was changing large bills for tips, as we did not exchange our Dollars into Pesos...I recommend visitors do this before going to the resort. Otherwise...excellent. We WILL be going again!

Great atmosphere BUT it rained and our room flooded ceiling leaked for 2 days. we complained 5 times during this time. Finally I told them that if they did not get us a new room we would demand a refund. They moved us to the room beside us and we had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. Loved the beach area, restaurant, bar service, but the hotel service itself is a joke. Will NEVER stay at this resort again.

Stay for a 8 days during thw end of april 2017. The resort staff were wonderful (maria, moses and jose were the best). Check in was seamless. The activities were a mixed bag, some not so fun and others were excellent. The food and restraunts were overall good. The steakhouse was excellent, eat there. Enjoyed the friday mexican dinner. Sure its all inclusive, but your in mexico, eat out at least once. One restraunt closes each night, they rotate which one. The drinks were very good and the waitress kept my cups full ( tip if you want it strong and often ya cheapskate). Over the we had a get experience, brag about the value to feiends and will be returning as soon as possible.

Starting with the good.. The staff was very inviting and nice. The showers were awesome, and the view is great. For the bad.. Food is bleh, the only decent thing i had was breakfast. The meat quality is very poor. Drinks either had too much alcohol or non at all. The beer is warm, and they only serve 2 kinds. The gift shop was outrageously priced.. 7.50 dollars for a bag of funyuns. Soda options at the restaurants were either pepsi or 7up. Lots of noise coming from the hall ways. Had nats coming up from our bathroom sink drain. Paid 45 dollars for 3 days of wifi. Overall.. was not a great experience.

Ainda estamos nele. Sejamos justos: os funcionários são gentis e a estrutura externa impressiona. Agora o resto: vc adquire um quarto "deluxe" que não tem geladeira, o chuveiro não tem pressão, a mobilia é velha. O serviço para trazer água demora muito, sem contar que sem a geladeira vai tomar água quente em uma cidade quente, tem cheiro de mofo no quarto. O chuveiro apresenta problemas, mas se vc quiser trocar de quarto só no outro dia. Ainda que o nome seja all inclusive vc só terá realmente esse serviço se quiser desembolsar 110 dólares por dia, caso tenha adquirido um quarto deluxe. A comida apesar do número de "restaurantes" é repetitiva, almoço estilo bandejão. A higiene é questionável. A área de alimentação não é climatizada, parece uma sauna. Nosso quarto estava com o vaso sanitário sujo já no check in. Quer uma geladeira? Pague 30 dólares por dia para o quarto deluxe. Wi fi caríssimo. Compre um cartão no shopping, porque aqui é uma exploração. Não volto jamais!

Everything went off perfectly! We found the Gran Caribe Real All Inclusive Cancun Resort” I was looking for. We swam with the dolphins, snorkeled but mainly, as we wanted, we relaxed. I was able to read the last two books in the “Twilight” series and Scott was able to finally leave the job behind. We cannot wait to plan our next trip!!‎
