Es muy buen hotel en cuanto a ubicación y servicio. Lo que a mi no me gusta es que también es un centro de ventas y aunque puedes declinar es hasta que ya hicieron un par de intentos. Pero en general me gusta. Se descansa y hay actividades.

Excelentes instalaciones, atención por parte del personal sin queja, las habitaciones súper completas solo por seguridad si deberian adecuar la salida de la tina para que no se salga tanta agua y haya un accidente. Por lo demás, sin duda regresaría.

Gran hotel para visitar con la familia o amigos. Todas las habitaciones son villas todas son iguales. Tienen capacidad para 6 huespedes. Cuentan con todo lo necesario tienen cocina, sala de estar y balcon a una increible vista. Tambien puedes rentar la mitad de la villa ya que se divide entre A y B Divididas la A cuenta con dos habitaciones con capacidad para dos personas y la B con dos camas matrimoniales.

Es normal, funciona bien como resort, no es all inclusive, para mí mejor, el problema terrible es que te bloquean tu tarjeta de crédito cuando haces el check in, y no te sirve el desbloqueado por un mes.. Es de terror, si no tenés otra tarjeta estás sin ningún tipo de pago excepto que tengas suficiente dinero para pagar todo el resto de tu viaje No lo recomiendo, aseguren que te desbloquean cuando saldas la cuenta. Acá no lo hacen...

En general es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, el beneficio de poder usar las instalaciones de cualquier hotel de los Royal Resorts es un excelente plus. Recomiendo comprar el todo incluido, ya que los restaurantes se encuentran un poco lejos de este hotel. La playa es increíble, si eres buen nadador puedes aprovecharla al 100%: el mar es un poco movido. Si quieres un mar más tranquilo, puedes tomar los buses que el mismo hotel ofrece e ir al Royal Cancún, donde el mar es prácticamente una piscina. El personal es bastante amable, resuelven tus dudas inmediatamente. Lo recomendaría al 100% en paquete todo incluido si sólo buscas relajarte sin salir del hotel. Si viajas en pareja, el Royal Sands tiene ese mood un poco más romántico y mucho más cerca de las discotecas y malls. El Royal Cancún es el mejor ubicado, y como mencione antes, tiene una playa muy tranquila.

A small but well stocked convenience store with everything from cereals, fruits, and frozen dinners to beer, wine, and video rentals. And because your a guest at the Royal Islander you can go next door to their sister resort at the Royal Caribbean and use their facilities and dine at the restaurants there. So if your looking for a resort away from all the loud noises and drunk spring breakers, choose this resort! Great service, great views, great prices in the heart of the hotel zone!

I went to the beach and played in the waves. Bodysurfing with fins it was fun. Drank piña coladas on the beach but you need to be staying at one of the royal resorts to order food or drinks. Snorkeling is very poor when I was was there bet it is like that most days.

We have had an incredible week here. The excursions are a must! We did an all inclusive tour of Chichen Itza and had an amazing experience. The beach is beautiful, there are several beautiful pools, multiple swim up bars, and great food. It was my first time to Cancun and my only regret is not booking more time here! :-)
