“We rented a car from tropical car rental in playa del carmen and had a great experience. We arranged for pick-up and drop off at the resort. They were there on time. We went to the office to do the paper work that took maybe 30 minutes. The car was a 2012 midsize altitude. We signed the blank credit card form but had it returned to us after the car was returned. They were friendly and helpful in providing us with excursion information. Based on this experience, i would use the again. Great service. We went to chichen itza and points in between.”
Yo renté un auto en esta empresa el año pasado y todo fue muy bien. Me recogieron puntualmente en el aeropuerto para llevarme a su oficina a firmar el contrato y hacer el pago (la verdad ene este punto estaba un poco nervioso ya que jamás había escuchado de esta empresa y eso de subirte al coche de un extraño a mitad de la noche da un poco de miedo). El proceso fue muy rápido y claro y els servicio me pareció bien. Aunque el auto que renté...
Que tal, voy a cancun del 10nov al 19nov 2016 y necesito rentar un coche solo que no cuento con tarjeta de credito, encontre esta empresa http://www.tropicalcarrentalcancun.com/ donde dan la opcion de rentar sin tarjeta de credito, alguien tiene alguna experiencia con esta empresa? sera segura? me piden un deposito reembolsable de 4mil mxm
