BUYER BEWARE! THEFT IS AN ISSUE! – When you give money for anything, e.g. rent of golf cart - make sure the amount you give them is the amount they actually write down on the receipt. Because they will look into your eyes and will say that you gave them less money then you actually did. Be very careful. The trip is a Waste of money. They don’t even take a headcount of people who made it back on the catamaran okay. If you are not back on the catamaran on time you might be left on the island. And to get back to your resort you need to have some cash on you. If I would go to the island again I would take a 20.00$ ferry instead and I would spend a day on the Isla Mujeres Island by myself rather than taking this tour. To me the tour is not worth it, lunch was bad – all I could eat there was potatoes and pasta. Parasailing was not good either, only few people were able to do it. It wasn’t an automatic Parasailing. The wind is supposed to take you up in the air so it only worked for few people. A pretty dangerous jump in many cases as well. About 30 minutes of snorkeling was included. I snorkeled for about 10 minutes and spend the rest of the time looking for my group and for my catamaran. I had to swim a big distance to find them and thanks god they hadn’t left yet, because I don’t know how I would get back to my resort.
