Bonito hotel. 2 de cada 3 personas del Staff te saludan. En el Iberostar la gente es más amable. Asegúrate de que no pierdes tu llave del cuarto, porque te la cobran por $50 pesos. Le daría 3 estrellas, pero los cuartos están muy limpios y cómodos. Parece que todos los cuartos tienen vista al mar. El internet es súper rápido. Los elevadores son muy lentos. La comida bufé cuesta $275 pesos. Así que si vas a comer fuera la mayoría de las veces no hay problema. Pero si planeas comer en el hotel, entonces te conviene quedarte en un hotel todo inclusivo. El hotel es muy tranquilo y callado. Excelente si no te gusta el ruido. La vez pasada nos quedamos en el Hard Rock y es muy ruidoso, pero con más amenidades. Y, cómo escribió Andrei en la reseña, el check in es muy tardado. Unos 20-25 minutos se tardaron con nosotros, y eso que era mediados de Octubre. Siento que la persona que me atendió debió ser más profesional. Su vestimenta no era de lo mejor. Lo sé, no me estoy quedando en un all-inclusive, pero creo que deben escoger un mejor personal.

I stayed overnight at the Royal Islander, but from what I can tell the two hotels are essentially identical. The restaurant I visited at the Royal Caribbean was very good, and I enjoyed the pool acticities provided. The pools in both hotels, though, are 5 feet deep, which is a little much for some of my shorter family members.

A beautiful resort, the staff were very friendly and accommodating to anything we asked. The food at the resort restaurant was well prepared and presented. The wait staff were very pleasant as well. The swimming pools were always clear, and the beach was groomed each morning. Having the grass tiki hut with 4 loungers, a small table, and separate chair were perfect for all day beach going. The wait staff on the beach was absolutely second to none. We highly recommend this resort to anyone who maybe interested in a trip to Cancun. Thanks again to The Royal Caribbean and staff for a great stay in Cancun!!

It can be a little windy so make sure to hold onto your stuff when walking around on windy days. Family friendly and a great place to vacation.

The service from the staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly, I love the beach which is steps away from my room. This is my 1st solo trip and for my birthday and I felt safe and comfortable. I also love the gift from the hotel (a fish pedicure). This resort has more older people here but if you come for relaxation, this resort is it. But you can also visit the other Royal resorts and the Sands is much more lively. With all that being shared, I would definitely come again.

First trip to Cancun, and we were greeted with clean, comfortable, friendly sea-side accommodations for our XMAS vacation. Great food, great amenities, great pools, great staff. Everything you need for your vacation is on this site. Only two drawbacks - noisy and difficult-to-use air conditioning, and an awkward attempt to drag us into a time-share presentation. Would definitely return again.

Ate at El Conquistador. The food ranged from okay to very good between courses. The seafood was prepared well and tasted great. The steak on the other hand was only so-so. I stayed next door at the Royal Islander, but as the properties are connected, I enjoyed many activities and meals at the Royal Caribbean. I was there for Zumba, Pilates and Water Aerobics daily and also participated in music trivia and bingo. The instructors are high energy and the staff is very friendly. Easy access to the sea, beautiful views and a great happy hour in the swim up bar complete with half priced drinks and complimentary chips and salsa.
