We reserved the airport pickup with round trip transportation to our hotel at the Aloft Cancun. We did have some difficulty finding our sign with our name on it, but asked others once we exited the terminal and found the guy with our name. For pickup back to airport the driver was on time and found us in the lobby. I accidently left my camera in the back of the van, and called the company from the airport. They tracked down our driver who found it and quickly returned it to us before the plane left. It had all our vacation photos on it, and I was so happy when he drove back from the other side of town. What a great professional company, highly recommended!

I spent quite a bit of time searching airport transportation, and found this to be the best price I could find. We only needed transportation from our hotel to the airport at the end of our trip. They were very prompt, had a nice clean van, very polite driver, and I felt very safe with his driving. We were a family of 5, plus and infant, and were able to make the reservation from the Riviera Maya to the airport for only $48. That was about $30 cheaper than the next cheapest transport I could find!

As promised, they were waiting at the airport when we arrived and took us directly to the hotel with no issue. They picked us up at our hotel for the return at the exact time they said. What else can you ask for in a transportation company!!!

Going to Cancun without a plan to get to your resort is going to cost you in more ways than one. Outside of the high cost, you will be accosted just trying to get out of the airport. Instead, make sure to book transportation in advance and make sure it is with Transportes Turisticos Feraltar. The price is right and the service is top-notch. They take security precautions to ensure you and only you get the excellent service they provide. A must have for anyone going to Cancun!
