El hotel está abierto pero aún en remodelación hay muchos trabajadores de la construcción y áreas q aun no abren recomiendo venir pero dentro de 6 a 9 meses q ya este terminado. El aire acondicionado ado esta muy fuerte y es imposible apagarlo.

Wooooowww Un hotel q me gustaría visitar nuevamente pero para quedarme por unos días !! Ayer visite el pool bar y la verdad quedé fascinado con el ambiente, la decoración, el servicio y el concepto único del hotel. Cien porciento recomendable Sin lugar a dudas lo visitaré nuevamente.

Asiste a un paseo en Catamaran dentro de la inmediaciones de la playa del hotel temptation, pero yo lo conocía desde antes porque trabajé ahí un par de meses y en general es un muy buen hotel con una temática muy atrevida pero muy divertida lo que lo hace único en todo Cancun. Muy bien que lo estén remodelando

First time satying at this hotel and all I can say is that the experience was one of a kind. The staff was awesome, very courteous, helpful, & attentive. The food at the buffet was really good, as well as the food at the restaurant, and lets not forget about the drinks. Yes, it is under construction but the environment makes up for it. Definitely going back.

THESE PEOPLE EMPLOY THIEVES!! I stayed here July 21-25th, 2016. On the day I checked out, the concierge came to our room to take our luggage downstairs while we waited on our shuttle to the airport. During that 2 hour window, they went through our bags and stole my wallet. THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY USED ALL THE CARDS THAT WERE IN MY WALLET! They were using my card while I was at the airport! When I reported this to the resort staff, no one seemed to understand English, while we had no communication issues with the front desk staff during our stay. I feel sooo violated. You should not spend thousands of dollars to stay at a resort where they accept and tolerate that behavior. They acted as though they were in it together. Terrible experience!

This hotel is awesome. I just visited for the labor day weekend. The front desk staff was friendly, He greeted us with a glass of cold beer. The room was very elegant and I would visit here next year. You have to come visit its a lot to see and do. I have never been to a place were people feel free , no worries and no pains, UNLESS ITS FROM BEING HUNG OVER, LOL

The food and drinks are excellent, and the activities are also enjoyable, but be aware that tops are optional on the resort, but if your not a party person 24/7 opt for the more quite rooms or you will not be able to sleep at night The hotel is showing its age, but there are plans to tear it down and build all new as of August 2016.
