Great service. The entire tour was entertaining and fun. I was a bit worried because this tour was so much cheaper than some others for the exact same tour, but it was great! Our guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. My son and I went on this tour a few years ago with a more expensive company. We had the exact same experience with Cancun Discounts for half the price. I highly recommend them. The only negative was the "box breakfast" we were given on the bus. It was not edible. But the rest of the tour was great!

Service was great. I was a little concerned this was not a legitimate travel agency or that when I arrived at the tour departure point, things would not go as planned, but all was good. We were very short on time from the moment I booked with Cancun Discounts to the time we needed to be in attendance at the departure point, but my phone rep had called ahead of us to verify that our reservation was accurate and authorized. That was a huge help as I did not have cell phone service in Mexico so I was unable to provide the confirmation email upon check-in. I told the rep that and that is why she called ahead of us to take care of the final details. Was a relief that was that all actually done as promised when we arrived.

Wonderful experience. Very easy to work with and contact. You guys replied promptly. One of my bridesmaids was the one who was in contact with your company and she did not have any problems at all emailing back and forth details. The prices for the tour we did was very reasonable and so much cheaper than what my travel Account manager had quoted us. I am so glad my bridesmaid found you guys online. At first I thought this might be a scam but i was so wrong. Thank you for providing us with affordable rates so that my wedding guests and I could enjoy the beauty of Cancun on a catamaran. This was a very enjoyable excursion. We especially enjoyed the 2.5 hours sailing on the catamaran. The reef we snorkeled on was the prettiest I had seen. The beach you are deposited on in Tulum was beautiful and the sand was like powder.

Other than us being required to meet the shuttle instead of being picked up as the tour package and operator said we would be, our tour to Chichen Izta was completely wonderful. We would especially like to thank our tour guide Roberto Carlos for his exemplary service and his outstanding knowledge of Mayan history. He was a treat.

Awesome 5/5 service, we needed a very last minute shuttle service from Cancun Airport to Playa De Carmen Port and was easily arranged through their website with the help of Marsela (Customer Service Rep.) Upon arrival to Cancun, the driver was outside waiting with a sign, just as described in the instructions. Very professional and efficient. We received 5 star service for a very cheap price (about 25 USD cheaper than anyone else). Definitely recommend Cancun discount tours to anyone, and will be using their services if I find myself in Mexico again. Thanks again Marsela, the driver and the team at Cancun Discount Tours!

We booked a transfer from the airport, getting to the hotel was fine but on the morning of departure no one showed up. We called the helpline and no one could get through to the "tour operator" after 40 mins we caught a taxi which turned out to be cheaper. No response on my resust for a refund a week later.

This company is simply put, outstanding! Johann and Sandra are extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making every interaction with them a true pleasure. In attempting to book a boat for a large and unique event, they helped me through every step of the process. They offered me options that other companies told me were impossible, then when the size of my party changed several months after we made our reservation, they happily started the process all over with me again providing new (and fantastic) solutions for my event. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, anywhere. In fact, you should probably just go to Riviera Maya to see them 

We had a wonderful experience working with this company. I called before we left on the trip, to set up a transfer from the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal to our resort near Puerto Morelos. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helped to answer questions regarding the transportation and some general questions about the area. The day of our transport, the driver was friendly, the van was clean, and we arrived to our resort with no trouble at all. I enjoyed working with this company, thank you!

Worst experience ever! I booked the whalesharktour for me an my hubby. We had to meet at a strange hotel at 5 am. We waited there for one hour and nobody showed up. I contaced Cancun-discounts and they told me the tour was cancelled due to the weather (there was no cloud the whole day an the sun was shining!!!). Nobody contacted us we´ve been waiting at the hotel!!! Now, about 2 weeks later I´m still fighting to get my refund of 322 USD! Do your self a favour and don´t use them.

Excellent experience for us from start to finish. We booked a private tour to the Coba ruins with the cenotes also included. It was cheaper than it would have been to go with our hotel who run a tour, but our main reason for booking was flexibility. And wow, these folks really go the extra mile. Not only did they answer our emails really quickly and in excellent English, we managed to book for the very next day! Our guide turned up spot on time, with a beautiful clean air conditioned vehicle, and heaps of information for us as we sped out of Cancun to Coba. We arrived earlier than most, and Ariel (a great guide) was able to guide us round the ruins. We rented bikes, definitely the way forward, and could spend as much or as little time as we wanted. He dropped us off at a lovely lunch spot, where we were all alone, with very quick service and good food. Then onto the cenotes, utterly stunning, quiet, once again, no other people there, and to top it all a great wildlife experience of a snake eating a frog. So cool to be able to watch, with just us and not 30 people scaring it off. Just brilliant - and all for less money than a regular tour. Just incredible. We wanted to be back at our hotel fairly quickly in the afternoon, to which Ariel obliged, saying "This is all about you, not me!" and it really was all about us! It was such a good day, such a great way to see the archaeological site , and excellent service, with easy payment options. Will definitely use Cancun-discount tours again.

Excellent service. We booked your shuttle transportation for the transfer between the airport and the hotel zone using "Cancun Discounts". We tried to book on internet but there was some kind of problem with their credit card approbation site so we had to call to book it. It cost us 17$/pers for the round-trip and the service was provided by their partner "BestDay". The confirmation we received by email was very complete, including the description of the uniform of the guy that would be waiting for us at the airport so we had no problem at all to find him. The service was quick and very professional. The only problem we had was when they ask us to meet their representative at the hotel to book the time of the return trip. The first time the guy had to run so he told us to come back the next morning but the next morning there were no BestDay representative at the desk. We could have use the cell phone number that was posted at the desk to reach him but we did not bother since we knew he would be certainly be present at some time during the week and we were going by that desk many times every day. As we tough, we were able to catch him a couple of days later and confirm our return trip without any problem. They were on-time for the pick-up at the hotel and again we got a very professional service. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wasted about 4 hour trying to book a simple shuttle service at the CHAT ONLINE, and then gave up after the third agent Daniel hung up on me and didn´t call me back because he had to take "a 20 minutes break".
