Friendly drivers, always on time. Conversational if you want, quiet an unobtrusive if you want more privacy. Cars were very nice, and the drivers were fast without being unsafe. The optional choices for booking online, such as buying ferry tickets was a welcome relief. Driver coordinated with agent en route, and walked us to the counter, bought the tickets, and escorted us to the ferry. Prices were exceptionally reasonable and we were happy to tip at the end for the excellent level of service, not that it was obviously expected or being waited on. We used them several times in Cancun and would gladly do so again. Only critique is that they were not especially visible at the airport, tucked around the corner from where most of the other vehicles and sign-holders were.

I enjoyed the fact our name was not posted/advertised on the small poster but was easy to find as we exited the airport. Our drivers where friendly, timely and offered suggestions on local activities. On the way to Cancun our flight changed 3 times. I took my daughter to Cancun for her 9th birthday from July 26 - 30, 2017. Upon arrival the driver was standing outside the airport, exactly where they said he would be. He helped me and my daughter with our bags and promptly called the driver to get us. We arrived at the hotel in about 20-30 minutes. He helped unload our bags and was very pleasant. Also, the driver who picked us up when our trip was over, was very pleasant. He arrived on time, helped with our bags and even carried on a nice conversation with me while he drove back to the airport. We arrived with no delays, he helped unload our bags and wished us a safe flight home. I tipped both drivers going to Cancun & returning home. They were both very nice, on time, and the vans were clean w/great working A/C. I would record USA Transfers to anyone. Me & My daughter felt safe, the were professional, on time, and the company kept in touch with me via email the whole trip. Not to mention the price of our round-trip ride was reasonable. This was the first time we used Entertainment plus while visiting the area. Coming out from the airport the team members were easy to find and took care of us right from the get go. We had a grocery store run, the driver waited for us helped us with our groceries and then straight to our condo. On our way back to the airport the driver was very punctual, very nice and even gave us a little Spanish speaking lesson on the way there. USA Transfers was amazing. We used them in Cancun, Mexico to take us to our hotel near Puerto Morelos the last week of August 2017. We communicated via email, and when we exited the airport our guy was there with a sign. We were swept away to our vehicle and within 3 minutes of exiting the airport we were in our private transport, given a bottle of water and were on our way. Amazing! And they picked us up exactly on time and returned us to the airport safe and sound. A private transport is only a bit more than a shared one, but we saved over an hour by not stopping at several other hotels to drop off other customers to their hotels first. Plus, we usually have to wait 20-30 minutes before we enter a van to take us to the hotel. This was so slick! We highly recommend and will definitely use them again! (oh-we also 2x had flight changes due to Hurricane Harvey. We emailed USA enterprises and they updated our agenda within hours! Awesome!)

I had a great experience with USA Transfers! Booking online was extremely easy - almost too easy since no payment was required to reserve (you pay once you arrive at your destination.) My confirmation came with easy-to-follow instructions on where to meet the driver. They were exactly where they said they would be and easy to find amongst the throng of other transport companies in their uniforms. We were greeted and immediately whisked to a comfortable, air-condioned and very clean van for the drive to the hotel. Our driver was very helpful and answered our many questions about Cancun, since it was our first time there. 48 hours prior to our departure, we received a reminder email confirming our pick up time. Our driver arrived exactly on time and dropped us off directly at the terminal. Altogether it was a very good experience and incredibly reasonably priced. We booked a round trip airport/hotel transfer about 2 weeks before our arrival in Cancun. Usa transfers emailed to confirm and also emailed vouchers. They even sent a picture of what the person meeting us would look like. They were waiting when we came outside as promised and within minutes we were on our way to the hotel. Our return journey was as good. They confirmed pick up at 4:45PM the day before and they were there at 4:40PM. Professional and courteous. Unless you are familiar with Cancun Airport and the language then you definitely need to plan ahead and this is the way to go.

I reserved USA Transfers prior to our vacation. They were at the airport when we arrived to take us to the Ritz in the Hotel Zone ($55 round trip). I think they heard Ritz and saw dollar signs (this should not have been news to them, I indicated this was where we were staying when I made the reservation). When we arrived at the hotel the driver said we owed $105 for the one way trip. I had printed our confirmation information which showed the $55 round trip price. On both our trip from Cancun Airport to the resort and our trip from the resort to the airport, our driver was on time and very courteous. We had a different driver for each trip but both times we were offered a beverage for the ride (about an hour). The driver assisted us with our luggage in and out of the shuttle. The one thing that stood out most for us was how easy it was to communicate with them before we booked the tour. The combination of Cancun Discounts and Entertainment Plus combined to book my private Chichen Itza tour for 6 people for the incorrect hotel pick up. They finally found us over an hour later, which had the effect of rushing our day and causing us to miss our dinner reservation. They explained very carefully that this was all my fault.
