MUY MAL SERVICIO!. Me hicieron perder 1 hora de mi tiempo comunicándome para agendar cita; y luego cuando llego me dicen que no he llamado. Les muestro el número que tienen registrado en Google al que llamé y me dicen que no conocen ese número, llamó y me dicen que no hice cita. En fin... Ya mejor me fui, si así fue el mal trato inicial, que será del trato a mis piezas dentales...

Best in the world staff is excellent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile. Had a lot of hear of dental procedures. This experience was wonderful, actually fun. I felt involved in my care. Everything was fully explained. Made sure I was happy with my teeth. It wasn’t about the money it was all about me. I felt very important and special. They gave me my smile and confidence back. I was able to eat and enjoy food again. Now I smile all the time. I always get compliments about my teeth and smile. I made several trips to fix a job poorly done. A crown over implants became loose after few months an was fixed. After three months same crown became loose again and I made other trip to be fixed!! And again after two weeks same crown loose . Money , Money... Bad work done by Dr. G.Arzate who lied to me!!!! I do not recommend this dental office!!!

My experience was perfect. In 2014 I had 12 crowns. Went back a year later and had 11 more and a three tooth bridge. At 55 I have had a lot of experience in the dentist office.My last experience at home here in Florida cost me 20,000.00 and turned into a financial, nightmare. The doctors at Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry are more experienced than our dentist because they perform more procedures.The time and money saved was in the tens of thousands of dollars. The office was impeccably clean, and conveniently located in the mall. I called upon arriving in Cancun and they came directly to my hotel, picked me up, and drove me back after the initial consultation.You cannot find this kind of care in the United States. I love the doctors and staff at this facility and will always go back to them for my dental needs. Cancun is a beautiful place.
