Son muy irresponsables. Me indicaron hora de recogida a las 6:30 de la tarde en un tours que hice con ellos, termine el tours a las 5:30 y ya el bus a la 5:00 de la tarde se había ido. Tuve que pagar 45 dólares de taxy y me dijeron que no son responsables a eso que nos pasó. Es una compañía muy irresponsable

FRAUDS!!!!!! Company is a complete scam!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Once you book YOUR excursion, they run with your money and never return. Biggest mistake and worst experience of my life. What a scam. We paid cash for pit excursions and they pocket the money and told is we never booked. Second excursion we had scheduled, the bus never came, they told us we canceled the trip. Trip was never canceled. CALLING THEM AND THEY GIVE US THE RUN AROUND. BROKEN PROMISES AND NO RESPONSE OR CALL BACKS

Horrible service, i booked a trip With them the pick up was at 7:25am we showed up at 7:28am and the driver left us. He put us as no show and that we was 10 minutes late. When i asked to have My money back they said no because we were late. This Is a horrible company. Never will i book With them again.

We booked our round trip travel and Chichen Itza excursion through Amstar, and we were quite satisfied. Our drivers to and from the airport were prompt, polite, and pleasant, and the representatives we worked with at our resort were very helpful. Our excursion, which they booked with Cancun Passion, was wonderful! We will certainly look to work with Amstar when we return to this region, and we appreciate their customer service.

Our vocation was ruined by one person,- an Amsrar driver. We came to Cancun on 02/11. There were 7 passengers in a van. He drove fast and dangerous. When a puppy ran into the road and all passengers asked him to stop, this person did not even slow down and ran over him. We all were shocked. The driver was ether inexperienced or did not care at all about us and little dog. Such person should not drive people! We complained to a manager of the amstar company, but he did not care too. Very heartless people work in this company.

Do Not Use This Company. I paid way to much for a roundtrip transfer form airport to my resort and they never showed up for my return trip. I paid twice as much as what a taxi cost. total rip off. I tried calling and e-mailiong the company and never got and answer. They charged me $200. dollars for the round trip. so I fell they owe me $100. but round trip taxi would only be $80. Taxi charged me $40 to get back to airport. Do Not Use Amstar. Get a Taxi.
