Char MasonUnlike Dan, who was fired by Nancy Edwards because he did not like her rules, my experience was positive and rewarding. Nancy was professional, knowledgeable, patient and honest and found just the right house for me. Dan is wrong: she is NOT leaving the island. On the contrary, her business continues to grow enough that her agency has just expanded into a newer and larger office at the same location. Unlike some of the real estate sales people on the island, Nancy is licensed and well trained. Not only would I do business with her agency again, I have recommended her to friends who hope to become Cozumel residents.

Dan CasamelThis lady is the biggest crook and liar I have ever met. Do not buy anything from her because you will get burned! Dont believe me? Ask around about Nancy and her crooked crew. This is a fair warning not to do business with Nancy Edwards, as she will steal all of your money and leave you with nothing. Why do you think she is selling her real estate business and trying to get out of Cozumel so fast?!
