Vitor MartinsI felt really bad! I arrived 3 minutes late and I was about to be crucified. The attendant in the customer service threaten to give me a no show, and the Chac Choc tours one treated me as I was a delinquent because I was late. When we got to the boat, It took more 10 minutes to depart, so our delay was not a big trouble to the company. After that 1:20h and 3 stops before arriving at the first of three points of snorkel. During all the time we are trying to snorkel , the tour guides shout at us to follow then and never leave us quiet to apreciate the corals and fishes. At the final, after paying 55U$ to this Cozumel Tours, while Chac Choc tours charges only 25U$ of the others passengers, the guides ask us for more money for tips. And there is the photographer of the company that ask 35U$ dolars for 2 photos of me. I strongly not recommend Cozumel Tours and Chac Choc Tours.
