Y atención excelente en las oficinas.Al entregar el auto ademas ofrecieron llevarnos del aeropuerto al centro.Solo recuerden entregar el auto limpio tal como lo recibieron ya que de lo contrario podrian agregarles un cargo algo elevado. Pero en general, muy buena experiencia contratando con ellos

Elías Garnelojamás alquilen con esta agencia! Teníamos una reserva hecha con puntos de United y cuando fuimos a recoger el coche, el (nada amable) dependiente nos dijo que la reserva estaba cancelada porque habíamos llegado más tarde de las 12 del medio día (cosa que nadie nos había comunicado ni aparecía en los papeles de la reserva). No movió un dedo para ayudarnos. Se limitó a decirnos que lo arreglásemos llamando al número de la reserva. Luego pasó de nosotros. Incluso cuando la compañía nos pidió que quería hablar con el, se negó y nos dirigió al servicio de atención general, un 1-800. Al final cancelamos la reserva perdiendo nuestros puntos y nos fuimos a Álamo (mucho más amables). No pierdan el tiempo con Méx rent a car/ Fox. No tienen ninguna consideración con el cliente.

Derek BrownThe worst experience ever. we got robbed by this company be cause it rained and the car got wet inside due to there not having a seal on the trunk they claimed we had the windows down during the tropical storm which we did not. they could have seen that because the seats were bone dry. the agent (ALEX) who had the worst halitosis ever was disrespectful to us and rude No sales skills what so ever. we would suggest walking if this is your only option never do business with these crooks

I took the time to call and ask very specific questions about rental car policies in Mexico given a vacation I was taking and was given absolutely incorrect info about required insurance that more than tripled the cost of my overall rental. I had a long conversation with one of their reps and asked very detailed questions to assess the insurance issue. Was lied to. When I called the office afterwards and talked to US Customer Service, they could have cared less and put me on hold for hours.

L. McLarenAVOID. Their services are NOT as advertised. Despite providing flight information and arrival time in the booking, the FOX office (trailer) was locked up and closed at 9pm even though the booking confirmation stated that they were 24hrs. I proceeded to the hotel and returned to the airport in the morning to pick up the car. The FOX agent told me they had 11 bookings and only (possibly) 4 cars available that day. He told me that the best option for me to obtain a car was to sit around at the FOX trailer until such a time as someone returned a car. I have booked many cars in many cities and have never encountered this situation. It is not acceptable to show up at the airport and only then find out that there are no cars and then be told to spend my vacation waiting in a trailer hoping a car with show up.

Karen SmithTotal ripoff. Beware - nothing is as advertised. Despite a printed confirmation from Expedia with price and car details, they gave me a stick instead of automatic and tried to charge an extra $200 Cdn for "mandatory insurance". They deal in pesos and try to confuse visitors unfamiliar with exchange rates, and laugh at attempts to call them out on their exploitation. Steer clear.

Sandra ChavezOvercharged my card!! And could not give me the reason behind it! I was told that I would be charged $70 plus $30 for refueling. I was charged $173.67. You do the math.. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Shadyyyyy!!
