Un autentico 5 Estrellas. Todo cuidado casi al extremo. Personal super profesional y muy atento que se ocupa de todo lo que uno necesite. Lujo, tranquilidad, relax, diversion y una excelente atmosfera, todo en un mismo lugar. Realmente es el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones en primera clase. El resort es inclusive mejor de lo que se puede ver en fotos o en videos. Sencillamente Increible desde todo punto de vista. Y como si fuera poco tambien se puede disfrutar del Secrets Resort justo al lado de este mismo sin ningun costo adicional.

Prepotente sin tacto para dirigirse ala gente ,nunca habia visto esa prepotencia y el gerente de seguridad un tal mauricio.... pero dentro de lo feo pase los mejores momento hubo unos y unas seguridad muy amables muy respetuosos ,una atencion de recepcion inpecable agusto la verdad con mi familia reitero q la prepotencia y la falta de educacion es lo peor q tenia en gerente y jefe de seg. Cuando mi hija mas chica se asusto al ver como hablaban esa gente ya q mi nena es sensible es una niña con sindrome de down imaginense

Tiene el sello de la casa Dreams. Solo que es la primer vez que llego a un hotel de la cadena y me encuentro con la sorpresa que no todo está incluido. Hay un restaurante y un par de bares y áreas de playa que son para otra "categoría". Es por eso que no le doy las 5 estrellas ya que en otros hoteles de la cadena todo está incluido.

Not too far from cancun airport worth the upgrade to a private transfer or you might turn a 20 minute trip into an hour plus trip because they stop at so many other resorts first. Room was nice. There was no tub in the room only a shower. The tub was outside on the balcony, but was not very private and needs to be cleaned better. Dreams includes access to secrets next door. Which was good the feel secrets has better food choices. The dreams pools are amazing. Lazy river was nothing special but the water sides are fun and fast. Note there is a 300lb weight limit for the slides. Service is friendly and always helpful.

Great service from Cristian and Carlos. ( But we were very happy with all of the staff.) New clean resort with lots of great amenities. Beaches were kept in tip top shape daily. Seaweed was swept several times a day and no trash to be seen. Definitely recommend this all inclusive.

The view is nice. Service is good, but the did mess up my room service order once, but waiters were kind and staff is helpful. There are many things i found that i could entertain myself with. Food needs some more work as i found the world cafe lacking choices and restaurants having small portions (personal opinion). Overall, great rooms, good fun, awesome experience.

One of the most stunning resorts I have ever been to. The resort is beach front and brand new. There are several restaurants and bars, live performances and music, a spa, a kids club, they offer wedding services, beautiful rooms and amazing pools, a water park for kids and even a dolphin habitat on site. What more could you ask for?

Wow. This place is amazing. The resort is very new and the accommodations are superb. Plenty if free activities at the resort and outside excursions to stay busy. The staff is very friendly and the environment is very family friendly as well. The food and drinks are excellent. The rooms are luxurious and new. Looking forward to planning my next trip here.

This is the best resort thay we have visited in Mexico thus far! The staff is great and they love kids!! We had our wedding at this resort with 45 guests. Not a single complaint was given by our guests. The accommodations were new and well kept. The restaurants had great options. A great resort for families. My family and I will be returning.

Wonderful place if you are looking for somewhere that you can relax. Highly recommended and good food where you can eat as much and as often as you want! Indeed a Dreamland. Only disappointment is the gym which is small. Maybe not too many people want to go to the gym when they are in paradise :)

Where do we start, we get there we had wrong room. Yelled at my family because we spoke to hotel rep instead of Apple rep for excursions. Told upgrade of room for inconvicence that was a lie. Finally upgraded to what we were suppose to. Wife was hurt in bathroom due to horrible construction of bathrooms. My 9 year old was served liquor twice. A vacation from hell and resort has not reimbursed us for any medical bills etc from injuries on resort due to their neglect of construction. STAY Away!!!!

There are some really nice rooms like from rooms 5000-50002 are the best rooms in the hotel 2 of them have private pools and all have ocean view. There is also alot of wild life, with animals like the Iguana a various other nature. There is also a very nice waterpark to enjoy with your family and friends. There are also many activities for the kids like the explorers club. If you like trying one of the most best restaurants of all time come there seafood Brazilian steakhouse etc. If you have nothing to do there are classes for Español (spanish) sushi and other various cooking classes. A very good quality resort with excellent international food and drink included. Pools very well managed and all staff friendly and speak good English. Accompanying beach also has free bars. Only dislike is seeing the penned up dolphins.
