El resort es inclusive mejor de lo que se puede ver en fotos o en videos. Sencillamente Increible desde todo punto de vista. Y como si fuera poco tambien se puede disfrutar del Dreams Resort justo al lado de este mismo sin ningun costo adicional.

The staff was great. The food was always good. They do a great job at this resort. This is the 3rd Secrets that we have been to and we will definitely return to this one. If you want to snorkel go to Akumal. If you want to be treated like a king and queen go to Playa Mujeres. If you want quaint and more people focused go to Capri. We are going to check out Moroma next. A big thank you to the staff that made our Playa Mujeres vacation better We have to thank Maren our beach waitress. She is so hard working but also took the time to genuinely get to know us. She was incredible. Laura at the Preferred desk also went way out of her way to make us not have to worry about anything. They All are exceptional. Tomas at Seaside. Erik at the buffet are top notch. If your deciding on where to go. Definitely take a big look at this one.

My wife and I absolutely loved this all-inclusive resort. I highly suggest booking a vacation here. Make sure you give yourself at least 6 days to go to every restaurant and do all the things the resort has to offer.

Amazing is all I can say. From the moment we stepped on property it was a wonderful experience. My daughter had her wedding on the beach and reception on the Sugar Reef deck... Marcella did a fabulous job Wedding Coordinator, the day was flawless!!! Grounds are amazing, food was amazing, entertainment was amazing, room was amazing. I cannot say enough. The worst part about the trip was having to go back home!!

I went here January of 2016 with my girlfriend and the experience was phenomenal. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There was construction nearby at the time and never did it bother us. The food and the drinks were delicious (especially the Onion Soup at the French a la Carte). The people were also very friendly and contests were held that were fun, but not obnoxious. I won a nice Bottle of Champagne and a cooler during one event. Other things such as the shows at the theater were amazing. There was a beatboxer whose skills blew my mind. Overall, it is expensive, but worth penny.

Como todos os demais hoteis Secrets, este é mais um onde você é tratado com todos os luxos e atenção possível. Os quartos são luxuosos com mobiliário novo e moderno. A limpeza é impecável e as comidas são maravilhosas. A única ressalva é o vinho tinto do all inclusive que deixa a desejar em relação a tudo mais que é servido no hotel. Alias, este já é o segundo Secrets que me hospedo que serve este vinho... O branco ainda passa ; mas, o tinto é muito fraco.

Best hotel in Cancun! I stayed here for almost a week and loved everything about it! It is very big and got you cover with almost everything. Food was great and room service was awesome. Beach were nice and pool were awesome. There were shows and other accommodations for you. Do not trust the lady at the tour desk though because she tried to tell you false information all the time. Make sure you look up stuff on internet because it is much better.

Laid back and good facilities, peaceful locale. This place is away from the Cancun hotel zone (where all the nightlife and partying happens) and so its suitable when dont plan to move around and party. They do organize tours to various places in the Mayan Reviera. Many restaurants and good food. A little annoyed with their dress codes at restaurants. Who will carry formal clothes to a beach resort? They have a good spa and activities at the beach. The all inclusive aspect is very good

We already stay in Secrets resorts in Jamaica, Dominican and Mexico. This resort was recommended by my sister. She is (and we are) a a member of the Unlimited Vacation Club. We came to Secrets Mujeres with two couples of our friends. The resort located 35 min away from Cancun airport. There were beautiful rooms, pools , beautiful view from our balcony (our room #4311 )! The beach is wonderful with white sand. The food quality in all the restaurants throughout the resort is very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive. My special thank you for the tennis coach Monica for my every morning training. I had very interesting bike tours with Vickor. It was a very funny time with the entertainment team Kenia and Kimberly. I got my first diving training with Bores, and, after all we took the trip to underwater art museum - my first diving experience! Thank you everybody for Great vacation!!!

Worst experience ever. Several people in our party (5) became ill from the food. Wedding coordinator was horrible and helped very little with our wedding yet charged us a horrible amount. Rooms were poor. Staff not helpful at all. Have been to Mexico many times and always had a lovely time this was the worst time we have ever experienced and it was our daughters wedding. so disappointed did not full fill any promises.

Enjoyed the resort very much I would encourage everyone I know to go to this resort The staff was great, rooms were very nice. The food everywhere we ate was excellent and we tried them all. The only problem we saw was how slippery the boardwalk was by the pool. We saw 2 of their own staff slip and fall while we were their. Walking one night by the French restaurant one of us twisted an ankle because of the 2 inches of drop that is very hard to see at night going from the walkway into the door it is not marked and at night it has lighting along the edge so very hard to see the drop.
