Very professional, we have used Gecko on three separate visits to Playa del Carmen. Erika and her team are honest and responsive to their clients needs. Erika has a ton of experience in the area and it shows, if we have a question or concern she will reply directly and explain the reasoning behind her answer. Another good plus is Carlos, he remembers you and,has worked with Gecko from the start, if Erika is busy, Carlos is more than capable. The rentals we have gotten from Gecko have been as shown and represented on their website. Pricing is competitive and as stated, the service we got was 5 out of 5. Recommend the magic paradise studio rental, great view from roof and the interior layout is done just right. Definitely will use them again. Always feels good to go with a local business that has earned your confidence.
