Jose PrietoComodo. Lindo. Excelente ubicación para pasear por la quinta avenida. Ojo MUY cerca de las discos (se escucha la música desde la habitación). Playa con botes no para bañarse.

Gerardo FloresLa atención del personal es excelente. A pesar de que no cuentan con estacionamiento la vista a la playa desde el interior del hotel es maravillosa y los costos de su menú son razonables de acuerdo a la zona.

Giselita GEs un lugar muy pequeño y acogedor, las habitaciones es están muy limpias, el único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento el hotel, un punto a su favor es que te entregan el desayuno a tu cuarto

Carmen SanchezEs un hotel muy lindo ubicado en la playa, prácticamente desde el lobby se ve el mar. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y llevan el desayuno al balcón: fruta, café o té, jugó natural, sándwich o croissant relleno o quesadillas con pico de gallo fresco, tengo que decir que el café es delicioso. Los cócteles en la playa son excelentes y las bebidas muy buenas y heladas. Maravilloso hotel en Playa del Carmen! Gracias al atento personal!

יוסי וינברגמלון קטן ונחמד ממוקם קרוב מאוד למרכז. הצוות אדיב מאוד. ארוחת בקר מינימאליסטית מוגשת למרפסת, אין חדר אוכל. החדר יפה ומרווח. כל החדרים פונים לבריכה. רצועת חוף קטנה, המים מזוהמים וסירות עוגנות על החוף כך שלא ניתן להתרחץ מול המלון. סה"כ מלון נחמד במחיר יקר

Francisco AlvarezGreat location. No parking so we had to park in a side street however valets at hotels are telling us to be careful and then asking for money to "keep an eye on the car" . Certainly a scam and made us on edge for parking there. Continental breakfast was included which was nice.

Paul GeyenThe place is awesome. The location is right on the beautiful Caribbean and right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. It is a very close to everything so you can walk to any of the many great restaurants in town and grocery stores. Lots of cool beach bars within 5 minute walk of the place. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean inside and out. We love the place and are coming back.

Bill PategasWe have been going to Playa Palms, for the last several years & it only keeps getting, better. The views are incredible. The location right on the beach could not be any better. Also, the location to all the restaurants, Fifth Avenue cannot be beat.The Staff is very accommodating, the grounds are well kept & rooms are very clean..I would highly recommend it for both couples & families.

Reinier van DantzigVery charming apartment right on the beach, with excellent service. The advantage of this complex is that it is smaller than the complex next door, giving it a more cosy feel. Our room was very clean and with a very comfy bed. A really good place!! Especially if you want to stay right on the beach with your feet in the sand.

Pamela BrownOne of the improvements since the last time I visited Playa Palms is the installation of noise proof windows and sliding glass doors. We were able to sleep through the night, even with the bar scene going on till 4 a.m! Much appreciated!
