Sarah Murray Psychologist

My name is Sarah Murray and I am an English speaking psychotherapist working in Puerto Morelos, located in between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. I am originally from Canada and have been living in Puerto Morelos since 2007.

My mission is to provide counselling services that improve your functioning in the areas of your life that have become problematic. I believe that it takes courage, strength and honesty to examine your life and realize that you want help. In my counselling practice I look for your strengths and challenge you in a supportive fashion to examine your feelings, thoughts and actions.
