Using the highest quality of Certified USDA meats, prime seafood, fresh vegetables and herbs, a special twist is given by cooking and serving every dish on Himalayan Salt Blocks, Cedar, Maple, Hickory and Mesquite wood planks to infuse each meal with its intricate flavors.
Once the payment is received you will receive your gift certificate via email within 24 hours of purchase. Each online certificate is printable and will have an individual code for tracking purposes. To redeem inside the restaurant you must present the certificate with its designated code.

Kate WarnerPlank was our best meal while visiting Playa. It was a little more expensive with quality food, presentation, and atmosphere. We had the Tasting Menu for two which was a 5 course meal with small portions of great dishes. Everything was served on either a salt or a cedar plank. The filet mignon was tender, lobster cooked perfectly, smoked salmon shaped into a rose, bacon wrapped scallops, and dessert sampler with 4 amazing treats. We had a wonderful Anniversary dinner at Plank.

Benjamin LynchThe food was great, and it was a nice change of scenery from getting offered drugs and 10 minute massages on 10th street. The restaurant itself looked great, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. One warning though. If you are walking downtown and someone approaches you and says that they work at your hotel/resort and they were your waiter or whatever and look all clean cut. They are lying and trying to take advantage of you.
