Ernesto CastroAquí devolvimos un auto que rentamos en el Plaza la Isla, Cancún. La revisión que le hicieron fue normal, sin ánimos de estafarnos ni mala intención. Una atención muy amable. We returned a car here which we rented at Cancun Airport. They checked the car in a normal way, not bad intentions. Friendly people work there.

Ilias BeshimovFriendly stuff and they speak very good English. To find how to return a car is hard. It is diagonally opposite to where the location is on the map. Look got small Hertz sign as soon as you turn left.

Francis DrossaertBe careful with the car rental company. We waited 1.5Hr at the Blue Parrot hotel (where there suppose to be an office) till somebody showed up. They could have put a sign up saying the main office is just two blocs away. We did not receive any apology. The prices might be cheap on-line, but on arrival they said that our model was not available and we need to pay extra for a bigger car. Naturally we refused since it was not our fault the car is not available. They agreed after a couple of minutes of moaning. Their obligitary insurance is very costly (it basically doubled the total rental costs) on which they make the real profit. The expensive insurance is pretty bad: it has 20% of the value of the car as excess!!! We were quiet worried something happens with the car and forced to pay thousands of dollars, because of their rubbish insurance.

Fred SauerFriendly staff. Rates were as advertised and no pressure to get into a higher rate car or track on insurance. In fact, my rental experience here was far better than in most US locations.

Himanshu NemaVery high waiting time to pick up the car and drop, extra charges that what I had booked. Picking up and depositing car at hertz was never such a pain. Not recommended !!
