Begoña LaviñaHicimos el tour de tortugas y cenotes. Aunque no vimos muchas tortugas, la conducción del tour fue excelente por parte de nuestra guía, Tania. El cenote agua viva maravilloso. Lo mejor lo conscientes que son del impacto que el turismo genera y tratan de cuidar al máximo los sitios que visitamos. La comida también buenísima, una cochinita pibil deliciosa.

Barry MarelliAs part of our honeymoon, we organised several tours with Ocean Tours. Due to bad weather (completely beyond their control) one of our tours was cancelled. It was explained to us that our refund would take between 20-28 days. We are now at 40+ days and the company are no longer responding to our emails. This is not acceptable behaviour from a business and I would strongly warn anyone else using them to not book more than one trip at a time to avoid being stung like we have.

Charlotte BurstowBuyer beware! We booked in for the whale sharks tour on the 2nd of June and it was cancelled due to bad weather. We have since returned home and after a number of requests and promises for a refund we have still not received the $358 usd due to be refunded! It has now be over 40 days that Ocean Tours have held our money and they have become more unresponsive to emails requesting the refund or at the very least an update!
