El servicio fue increíble y todo el mundo fue muy amable. Tenían una gran zona de piscina con un bar en la piscina y luego cabañas en la playa ... las dos opciones me proporcionaron camareros para tomar comida / bebidas. También me gustó mucho la variedad de actividades que ofrecen durante toda la semana. Yo diría que la comida era buena en general con la excepción de algunos artículos. Creo que deberían tener una opción más de restaurante porque se pone un poco redundante para una estancia de 7 días. Aparte de eso, recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar!

Excelente atención de todos los funcionarios del hotel, En especial Salvador mesero en el restaurante Palapas, habitaciones cómodas y limpias, la calidad de la comida es buena aunque podría ser más diversa. El mar contiene bastantes algas pero parece que es una condición normal en toda la zona. perdimos nuestro celular en la playa y el encargado de esta lo encontró y lo recuperamos. Recomendado este hotel y en general visitar esta zona de México!!!

Mejor hotel que he visitado. La playa hermosa, el hotel increíble, el personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades que se dieron. Aunque un poco caro, se tendría que solicitar All Inclusive y que dieran su "hora de shots" en la noche porque en el día hay niños en la alberca y puede ser un poco peligroso pero solo ese fueron los únicos inconvenientes que tuve en mi estancia. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Cuando llegue al hotel iba sin ninguna expectativa en realidad, pero no me arrepiento. Me hospede en el de Playa del Carmen, excelente atención, instalaciones, todo me fascino. Si me preguntan que si quiero regresar lo haría con gusto. Recomiendo el paquete todo incluido. Solo una queja, la pagina web deja mucho que desear, no se deja llevar por la pagina. Tiene hermosas instalaciones, gran servicio y muchas facilidades para el turista.

Of the Royal properties, Haciendas is certainly the nicest have visited. It is very large and extravagant looking, and has a big pool area right near the beach. The biggest issue is that it is so far from everything else. It takes five minutes to drive from the front entrance to the lobby area, and is an hour from Cancun. For an all inclusive stay, though, it looks pretty nice to me.

The place is really nice. It is great for families. The only issue is that there is nothing nearby but the resort. You have to take a taxi to Playa which costs 10 dollars each way. But the resort is a lot of fun and is very nice. I also wish that there were more restaurants there.

It is a ton of fun, the staff is extremely helpful. Always things to do around there hotel and they tell you where to go when you want to explore Cancun. Rooms are very clean, no noise at night. Music starts at the pool around 9.

We took a flight from minnesota to cancun as thst is the chespest best place to get to our end destination. The location is about 40 minutes south of Cancun. The Royal haciendas in Mexico are very clean, well maintained, and the staff could not be more helpful or kind. The rooms are beautiful and the service are excellent.

Excellent service all around. Beautiful suites, 6 of us stayed and we had plenty of room. Walmart and Mega just a short distance away for food and liquid needs. Great resturants, daily maid service and consierge were excellent. Hotel was super clean and well kept. 5 mins from playa by cab and that was very nice for the nightlife and great meals. Loved it so much we bought time.
