Cuando se está en busca de un contacto con la paz y tranquilidad que brinda la naturaleza en un ambiente exclusivo, privado y de alto nivel este es el lugar ideal, desde la habitación más "básica" (que en realidad es importante hacer notar que de básica no tiene nada), podrás entender perfectamente el concepto y nivel de servicio que hace a este lugar. *Dos puntos que no puedes dejar pasar: 1) Restaurante SAFFRON insignia de la cadena Banyan 2) El SPA, si no tomas un masaje ¿realmente estuviste en un Banyan Tree?

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy agradables y el servicio aun mejor la comida excelente las habitaciones muy amplias (al menos la que yo use) un concepto completamente diferente un ambiente relajado pase unas vacaciones completamente desconectada del exterior.

Muy bien todo en este hotel, la atención es excelente y las instalaciones perfectas. Lo mejor es ir en bote desde el lobby hasta la playa. Las instalaciones en el club de playa son muy buenas también. Me parece que el precio de los alimentos no debería ser tan alto y que la habitación debería incluir sin costo más cortesía alimenticias que agua, café/te y fruta, aunque el alto precio del hospedaje sí se justifica. Tuve un par de problemas en mi villa: el aire acondicionado no obedecía bien la configuración; el espejo de aumento en vestidor estaba descompuesto; una vez se tapó el excusado; una vez el carro de golf no nos esperó aunque no tardamos tanto en salir. Todas las solicitudes se atendieron con prontitud y eficiencia.

Fünf Sterne sind für dieses Hotel eindeutig untertrieben. Wir durften in diesem Hotel den schönsten Urlaub, den wir bis jetzt erleben durften, verbringen. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise erstklassiger Service. Jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist von einer atemberaubenden Gartenlandschaft und dem top gepflegten Golfplatz umgeben, der Strand lädt perfekt gesäubert zum Sonnenbaden ein. Die Villen sind in einem top Zustand und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Haab, bei dem sich die Organisatoren selbst übertroffen haben, ein wahres Abenteuer mit gutem Essen und Einblicken in die Kultur der Maya. Aber auch die anderen Restaurants lassen keine Gourmet-Wünsche offen. Insbesondere das reichlich ausgestattete Frühstück lässt einen gestärkt und entspannt in den Tag starten. Auch eine hoteleigene Rundfahrt durch die Mangroven, die sich durch die gesamte Hotelanlage ziehen, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Dieses Hotel ist ausschließlich empfehlenswert!

I went there to start my honeymoon and it was the best decision I ever made. The hotel is perfect on every aspect. The rooms (or villas) are very big with own pool and are arranged in a way that no one bothers you or knows you are there. All of their restaurants serve excellent food and the staff is super helpful. Without a doubt you must go there.

Amazing hotel, I think its the best hotel at Mexico foe couples, great service amazing food and impressive landscapes, just beside Playa del Carmen city. Really expensive but its worth it, all services are premium, they try to sell me a residence in its amazing golf club. A river in the midle of the lobby its the perfect way to get to youre room by boat imoulsed by a man pushing a stick in the floor of the manglar. its just an hour away from the Cancun international airport.

Here you can find a natural ambience combined with the privacy most of the brides can only dream for. The customer service is top notch and there are several venues inside the hotel that will blow your mind! It´s the perfect place for an original, private and creative wedding. The fact that is an european plan based hotel gives the brides freedom to personalize even more their wedding.
