This place had amazing amenities and the staff does a great job taking care of you. Absolutely a great place to vacation to. Staying at the Grand hotel allows you access to all areas of the resort. It has a very nice Beach area and shops. Have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Only drawbacks were the food was cruise quality at most of the restaurants and it was difficult to keep the room cool. Would definitely return. Staff was excellent and the resort was beautiful. Fitness center was one of the better ones we have been to.

Phenomenal place! The staff and service are just impeccable. 24hr room service, butler, spa services, bespoke room choices such as pillow menu and scent. The hotel is spotless and has really colourful wildlife to enjoy whilst relaxing!

The food tastes great. The floor gets super slippery after it rains. Medical services are expensive. Gift shops have great souvenirs to bring back. The cleaning people show up later in the day.

We stayed at Iberostar for the holiday break and absolutely loved it. Excellent food and service. All the staff there are friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I would recommend staying there again. The only drawback is the price tag!

What not to like this resort, the food is outstanding, we stayed in the seafront suite and it is amazing. There are outdoor and indoor pool, how cool is that! This is the most luxurious resort in Mexico in my opinion.
