Ari CampaDesde que llegas a registrarte te reciben con un trato amable y bebidas de cortesía. La habitación con vista a la laguna es cómoda, amplia y de muy buen gusto. La playa esta retirada del area principal cerca del santuario pero te puedes trasladar facilmente mediante un carrito de golf. El buffete de Comida Milagro vale la pena totalmente. Mike, el chico que nos atendió en la playa, es de lo más valioso para el resort. Es atento, amable y se esmera para que todo fluya agradablemente. Desafortunadamente si hay puntos en los que se debe mejorar. Servicio de limpieza, eran las 3 de la tarde y aun no se realizaba el servicio de limpieza en la habitación.Despues de un dia en la playa, fue bastante incómodo regresar a una habitación sin aseo. Cuando por fín se realizo, los vasos y cucharas se dejaron en el pasillo, son las 9:17 PM y allí siguen. Creo que por la categoría de este resort, este tipo de situaciones no deberian ocurrir. La estancia a sido agradable, pero si es importante prestar mas atención a los detalles ya mencionados.

Stephanie PagelAndaz Mayakoba is an Experience! Besides the amazing location, modern architecture, relaxing rooms and superior service; you will enjoy a plethora of activities throughout the day. There is no need to leave the resort! We have paddleboarded, taken the Eco Cruise, Cenote tour (A MUST), Tequilla tasting and much more! The food at Casa Amate is exquisite, and Oola Taco is a great staple with flavorful drinks; a great spot for lunch. The beach is picturesque with white sand and turquoise blue waters, never ending. You can see Cozumel from the beach and any weather that may approach. The staff here are beyond accommodating. They are so friendly, full of good information and tips. While riding in Golf carts to the main eatery, Cocina Milagro they always point out wildlife, and explain about the natural location we are in. I always looked forward to interacting with them. All in all, Andaz is the newest resort in Mayakoba, with 3 restaurants but you can eat at any of Rosewood, Banyan Tree, or Fairmont with your room # and they will transfer the bill the Andaz. They have great activities, many pools, spectacular beach and some of the best staff. If your considering Mayakoba, you will not be disappointed with the Andaz.

Anthony WongThis place is fantastic. The staff are truly outstanding in their level of attentiveness and care. Every need is catered for and the word "no" is not in their vocabulary! The rooms are tastefully decorated with a complimentary minibar (ex. alcohol) and amenities are great. Had a small hiccup with luggage, but the manager dealt with it very well. Overall, an excellent resort and well worth the visit! Events are on every day. Food at the restaurants could be a bit better. Top tips: check out the free hydrotherapy at the spa; take a USD16 cab down to Playa del Carmen to have food and drinks and to check out a (slightly) more authentic Mexican experience.

Jo Ann BourgeoisWe visited here for the weekend. The entire experience was amazing. Our room was a lagoon facing room. The balcony looked over the water and had a couch and small table and chairs. Very peaceful place to read. The bathroom is enourmous. It had a separate toilet area, glass shower with two different shower heads, and a very large mirrored area that allowed two people to easily get ready at once. The sleeping room had two queen beds, a stocked snack bar, and coffee maker, refrigerator, but no mo to wave. We tried the pool by the beach but it was very cold. The inland pools were much nicer and definitely warmer. There are two floating rafts for use. Towels are available on the chairs. Water bottles are offered by the staff frequently. There are also jacuzzis in the pools, which were amazing to use at night under the stars. There is also a fire pit area near the inland pools for use at night. It is a great place for socializing. There are trails throughout the property for walking or bike riding. There are bikes that are free to use. Staff continually drive golf carts through the resort that you can hop on for a ride to the pool, beach, restaurants. We are at two of the restaurants. The food was excellent at both, especially the breakfast buffet. Fabulous omelets with so many topping choices! There is a kids club, however we did not use it so I cannot comment on it. Overall, our stay was impeccable. Top notch customer service! Would love to come back!
