Habitaciones, baños enormes y camas muy confortables. La atención del personal 50% buena y 50% mala, mucha gente es agradable y te trata con una sonrisa y otros, según la hora, te miran mal y resoplan si pides algo a última hora. Instalaciones muy grandes y bien mantenidas. Es difícil de conseguir una hamaca en la piscina principal debido a la mala costumbre de la gente por reservar una hamaca para todo el día poniendo una toalla todo el día para luego no utilizarla. El tema carritos para moverte por el hotel no funciona correctamente ni de una forma clara.

La peor experiencia hotelera de mi vida, no ha habido más que problemas, reservamos 3 habitaciones, dos dobles y una triple. Las dos dobles tenían las sábanas sucias, incluso con manchas de sangre y la triple una sola cama. Al solicitar el cambio de habitación a una triple todo fueron problemas, primera noche sin disponibilidad, una cama supletoria y al día siguiente tuvimos que ir e insistir en el cambio de habitación y nos insistieron en tener que dejar la habitación a las 12 y entrar a las 15 en la nueva! Por un error suyo! No hay carritos por lo que para conseguir uno que nos llevará a hacer el check Out el último día estuvimos esperando más de una hora y media después de reclamarlo en múltiples ocasiones, porque llovía y no queríamos pasar mojados tantas horas en el avión. Cuando solicitas algo todo son sonrisas pero no te hacen ni caso, incluso te ignoran en la cara si les parece bien. Nunca más elegiré un hotel del grupo Sirenis.

He recogido un coche de alquiler aunque me hospedaba en otro hotel. Muy amables y con mucha predisposición durante las horas que he estado y eso que sabían que eramos de otro hotel.

Para lo qe pagas y ser un 5 estrellas no te dan el servicio qe esperas, la cena maya qe encima la pagas a parte es yn timo poco mas de 1 hora y la misma comida qe el bufet y apenas hacen espectaculo, todo esta preparado para el horario de los giris, a las 22.00 de la noche ya te cierran el buffet si qieres cenar tienes qe esperar a als 23.00 y nada mas que para una hamburguesa y pococ mas, los camareros atienden a los giris antes qe a ti por qe les dan pasta y no deberia ser asi, yo cogi una habitacion junior suit superior y me tire 10 dias con goteras en el baño,no me reponian el cafe que tienes para la habitacio,ni me reponian las tollas,, en fin asi varias cositas que para un 5 estrellas no merece la pena alojarte alli, el spa es de pago 170€ 2 personas....etc etc...

El hotel en general bien pero los meseros fatal mal encarados y con poca educación. Sobre todo una camarera de la piscina que nos llamó de todo menos bonito. Una sinvergüenza no volvemos a este hotel más.

Me encuentro hospedado en el actualmente a nombre de mi esposa Brenda Hernández vital habitación 1433 tuvimos una estancia de 5 días y extendí nos 2 días más el hotel es bello con una excelente vista pero las albercas están descuidadas y mi esposa se cortó en dos ocasiones pues los cuadritos azules (azulejo) se está despegando aunque ese no fue mayor problema después me encuentro con que Bell boya solo atiende entradas y salidas en mi estancia de 7 días solo me han translado 3 veces y la tercera fue Dolphins discory mañana será la última pero por qué ya me voy y lo último tenía el día de hoy una reserva en el steke house claramente Ami conciege le dije que alas 9 pm pero como nunca tienen sistema pues mis reservas no se conformaban con ticket solo de palabra tuve dos anteriores en el mediterraneo y brasileño cuyas reservaciones fueron alas 9 el punto al que voy es que llegue tarde 9.20 pero el mesero que me recibió al principio no encontraba mi reserva me pedía ticket le expliqué el asunto con concierge y de ahí yo alcance a ver mi nota. De habitación de la señale y todo para que llames al capitán y me dijera q mi reserva era 8.30 cuando yo la solicite alas 9 al igual que las anteriores más tardo en decirme por qué no me dejaría pasar al final perdí tiempo y no vende ni en el buffet normal del todo incluído donde también todos montan de prisa y los chicos muy desalineados en el uniforme honestamente la vista es lo que les ayuda y pues al único que felicito es a adimael que nos atendió amablemente y Cali el barista de la alberca q también fue muy cortes de ahí en fuera veo la preferencia para los extranjeros....

Hemos estado mi pareja y yo una semana de luna de miel. Comentar que la limpieza era buena, el buffet también estaba genial. El trato con el personal que trabajaba allí era con casi todos bueno, menos con él coctelero de la piscina que te "obligaba" a tomar todos los cocteles con alcohol, si no día a día tde preguntaba por qué no bebías alcohol y se reía por no hacerlo, cuando a él ni le va ni le viene porque si son las 11 de la mañana y me apetece una piña colada no tiene que ser con alcohol porque a esas horas pues no tiene porque aparecerme. Y otro incidente que tuvimos fue un día a las 8 de la mañana con un chico que se llamaba Javier que estaba en el puesto de Change del hotel. Sacamos allí dólares y necesitábamos que nos los cambiara a pesos porque nos íbamos a las 8:20 de excursión, fuimos a que nos los cambiara y nos dijo que sin pasaporte no nos cambiaba nada que solo con pasaporte. Le explicamos que el día anterior nos lo cambiaron sin pasaporte ni nada y nos dijo que le daba igual que su compañero haría lo que él quisiera pero que él quería el pasaporte. A continuación le dijimos mira es que nos tenemos que ir de excursión y no nos da tiempo a ir a por pasaporte, que por favor que si su compañero lo había hecho que lo hiciera el, y nos contestó que si que el lo podía hacer porque lo hacía con otras personas pero que ahora mismo no le apetecía porque nos podíamos acostumbrar a ello.... Total que nos tuvimos que ir con los dólares porque el tal Javier no nos lo cambio porque no quiso... Un sinvergüenza. Lo peor del hotel es que tengas que pagar el wifi... 40 euros más o menos la semana. Una pasta! Tendrían que comprender que ya te has gastado una pasta en el viaje, que esto tendría que estar incluido. Que estas viajando a otro país y tienes que tener comunicación con tu país, ya que obviamente las llamadas son ultra caras y tenemos que contactar de alguna manera con ellos.

Un HORROR!! El peor hotel donde estado nunca, En la habitación aparecieron cucarachas, todo lleno de mosquitos..y tuvimos picaduras por todas partes..No nos cambiaron de habitación aún habiendo encontrado cucarachas..restos de sangre.. Y tuvimos que volvernos antes porque estábamos con dolores. Nada más llegar nos hicimos los análisis de lo mal que nos sentimos. No lo recomiendo. Hemos mandado la reclamación al hotel de lo que paso y nos han dado la razón, y su regalo es volver gratis a ese hotel con el extra del jacuzzi. ¿Se creen que queremos volver? No voy arriesgar mi salud.

Instalaciones increíbles, la comida gran variedad. Habitaciones muy limpias. Si eres de los que te pican los mosquitos, LLEVA un buen antimosquitos y ventanas cerradas jeje. Tiene varias playas, acondicionadas 1. Por las noches tiene un bonito chill out. Esta cerca de tulum y a unas 3 horas de Chichen izta. Para ser un 5 estrellas se queda MUY muy corto. Mantenimiento mejorable, los jacuzzis de las habitaciones de arriba nos inundaban nuestra habitación. Mapaches entrando y saliendo. La playa del hotel es de pena. El buffet mejorable. No da muchas alternativas de ocio nocturno, hay que salir a la fuerza del recinto. El wifi es de pago.

Estamos en el hotel ahora.La recepcionista fue muy grosera y nos dijo que no nos cambiaría de habitación. Le comenté que mi mama no puede caminar mucho, entonces le pedí un edificio más cerca de todo, sin embargo le importo muy poco y solo nos dijo que porque no hicimos la reservación directo con ellos no podían hacer nada. El lugar está muy viejo, lejos de todo y tiene un olor muy mal. La verdad que nunca recomendare este hotel a nadie y me aseguraré que nadie que yo conozca venga a este hotel.

Mi Familia y yo recibimos un trato pésimo por parte de Josue un supervisor en el lobby ya que pretendía qué la persona que pago reservacion en 3 habitaciones, estuviera en ellas. Nos trató de lo más mal, super arrepentida de mi estancia ahí, solo a los extranjeros trataron bien. Hablando entre los recepcionistas solo inglés, pensando que no les entendíamos. Mi estancia fue de 5 días. Parte de mi familia estuvo en los condominios adjuntos y se pagaba Day pass, pero los vigilaban como delincuentes, y otros pasaban como si nada, solo por ser "güeros" sin pagar y sin estar hospedados ahí. TRISTEMENTE DISCRIMINADOS EN MI PROPIO PAÍS... los botones y meseros muy bien. Las habitaciones no tienen privacidad en el baño. Jamás me volveré a hospedar ahí y en lo que Respecta a mi familia menos... Y no hay recomendacion alguna...

como esperencia te cuento: llego al hotel 5 estrellas esperando algo k me sorprenda y me encuentro con una habitacion que no se podia entrar por el olor a humedad que hacia dentro llamo a recepcion y mandar a un señor que se dedica a echar ambientador para callarme la boca durante una noche, despues me dispongo a llenar el la bañera esa tan linda que ofrecen con tanto encanto y el agua sin presion y el hidro masaje no funcionaba pero bueno no soy muy delicado y paso de eso pero en cuanto me acuesto en el sofa cama me inco los muelles y me despierto echo polvo lo cual le pongo reclamacion a recepcion y todo muy amable solo me tube que quejar 5 VECES MAS para conseguir otra cama decente y CLARO AL 3 DIA LO CONSEGUI TODA UNA VERGUENZA es el peor hotel que e estado en mi vida y si ahora tocamos el servicio bufete te sirven el agua sin problema alguno pero ahora cuando te apetece otra vez beber te mueres de sed por que tardan una eternidad en reponerte OTRA VERGUENZA PARA UN HOTEL 5 ESTRELLAS Y SI COMENTAMOS LAS CENAS A LA CARTA yo reserve 3 hice la primera y me encontre en un salon lleno de humo por k los estractores no funcionaban y el servicio lo peor y mas lento conocible las otras dos preferi no asistir y comer del bufete o SALIR DEL HOTEL PARA COMER ALGUN DIA BIEN ATENDIDO GRACIAS YO NO VOLVERE NUNCA MAS AL GRAN SIRENIS NI NADA QUE VER CON ELLOS GRACIAS

Just returned from 7 days here and we had an amazing time! This Resort has absolutely everything you can want! I snorkeled, swam with dolphins, made a ceramic bowl for a keepsake, enjoyed the lazy river, had good food, enjoyed a couple of shows, swam in the pools and enjoyed the swim up bars, kayaked, paddle boated, jet-skied, enjoyed endless cocktails, enjoyed the ice cream shop, the coffee shop and interacted with the friendliest people! The majority were from Canada and England.The staff are all wonderful, very helpful and friendly! There is really no need to leave the resort! We would definitely go back again!!

Beautiful resort with spacious rooms. Several pools, so if the activity pools are too loud you can find a quieter spot. Coffee shop makes a great latte, and there are hammocks near the beach in the shade. The concierge was extremely pushy about the time share presentation but other than that the staff were all friendly. Food was hit or miss, Japanese restaurant was great, beach BBQ was tasty, buffet was good but a little bland sometimes.

The resort was awesome. The food was great. All ala carte restaurants that we tried were very good. The lunches on the beach were one of my highlights of the day. The snorkeling was better at the resort than the snorkeling adventure I went on. We saw sea turtles and sting rays within 100 feet of shore. We will be coming back next year. My only complaint is that we were promised a bottle of wine in our room because of the delay waiting for our room on arrival and it never arrived, even after a friendly reminder.

The only complaint about this specific room is that there is only a screen between the living area and bathroom. The only thing we didnt like was that they dont have a sport barr if you are that kind of person that like to sit and watch sport games or play billard, there is two pool table but they are really bad. 8.5 / 10 very good. Just had 2 weeks here and would def recommend grand sirenis. Food was v good and customer service from everyone we met was brilliant. My kids are very fussy and they raved non stop about the wide range of foods in the buffet restaurants but it does get a bit samey after a while so book the themed restaurants asap upon arriving. Great beaches and lots of daytime bars and lunch options (all inclusive). Rooms were kept v clean daily. Only negatives were that you need get a towel on a sunbed near the pools asap from 6am (despite being told people were not allowed to reserve beds). The concierge was v helpful but we politely declined the time share esque sales pitch & tour when we arrived. The waiters and staff are v friendly and helpful around the resort. The resort could do with more bars at night and some more entertainment options as the kids got bored after 9.30pm. Taxi to Player Del Carmen was 350 mex (£16) which is a good night out shopping and eating.

The Area was beautiful, the rooms could only be set to 19C or higher (not great for northerners) The Buffets were nothing special, but the restaurants were AMAZING (we did 3 in the week at the resort) I recommend the Brazilian if you like Steak. The Employees were very nice, and helpful, not all the bartenders make good drinks, but tip them well when they do. The Rooms were very nice. The property was huge, and it was about 1.5-2 hours away from the Cancun international airport.
