Si tuviera que utilizar una palabra para describir el hotel sería "perfecto". Las instalaciones son de 10, el personal muy bien capacitado y súper atento, la comida deliciosa, el spa es una maravilla... En fin, sin duda alguna es un lugar al que vale la pena regresar.

Excelente lugar. Habitaciones muy acogedoras con minibar aire acondicionado tv con cable, cafeteras. Lugar paradisíaco. Hotel con todos los lujos all inclusive. 5 restaurantes temáticos, shows todos los dias, 2 piletas, un bar en el lobby, uno cerca de la pileta y otro bar dentro de una de las piletas. Actividades todos los dias. Excelente atención. 10 puntos.

La verdad existe mucho personal que su trato deja mucho que desear. La mejor atención la recibí de Israel, el Chef del restaurante japonés. Fuera de eso todos nos trataron un poco mal. La comida buena, nada del otro mundo y el alcohol bueno.

Cuenta con un excelente staff (cordiales, prontos y puntuales al servicio, respetuosos) Wi-fi en todas las áreas funcionando de maravilla. La comida en el bufete podría ser sin duda un restaurant a la carta. Y como plus en el servicio de animación hacen una excelente labor para los poco probables días de lluvia logran mantener a los huéspedes animados y entretenidos. Un saxofonista tocando en vivo acompañado de música Chill out en la piscina para la "white party" fue uno de los detalles del entretenimiento con 5 estrellas! Mis felicitaciones y agradecimiento por su hospitalidad.

Pesino servicio en el restaurante de tepanyaki. Al parecer tiene falta de personal, en general no es el servicio que pague. Descuidado, viejas las instalaciones, casi o tiene playa y la que tiene no esta muy bonita. La vegetacion y animales silvestres muy bonitos, el jacuzzi del spa y la comida en general buenas.

Faltan actividades a realizar en el hotel tanto de día porque se resumen en actividades en la piscina y de noche falta variedad no en los shows sino en las cosas por hacer. Los restaurantes a la hora de la cena deberían cerrar un poquito más tarde. Abren de 6 a 10 y el turismo nacional no cena a las 6 pero ms tarde, coincide con los eventos del show nocturno. Al restaurante el le falta más variedad de comida mexicana tradicional. Y la hacienda en almuerzo no tiene la variedad de sabores que tiene en cenas y desayunos. Pero muy buen sabor en todos los restaurantes. Limpio. Tranquilo. Amigable con la naturaleza del lugar.

Perfecto!! ideal para descansar y divertirse, hay varias actividades la más divertida la fiesta de espuma en la alberca :D Habitaciones limpias, grandes, equipadas y en buen estado, todo sirve y parece nuevo! Otra cosa importante es que hay un bar que nunca cierra y pensando que es todo incluido esto es realmente valioso, la comida está muy muy rica. La fiesta del 15/16 de septiembre súper bien organizada, buen show y la comida tradicional en puestos hizo que fuera muy original.

Unas instalaciones bien cuidadas, nosotros nos quedamos en una habitación y estaba bien acondicionado. hacían fiestas temáticas casi todas las noches, y el ambiente es muy bueno. Piscinas grandes con actividades deportivas, hay varios buffets libres y restaurantes que hay que reservar, para tomar algo mas elaborado. Estaba cerca de Playa del Carmen, y había un buen servicio de taxis, y en la entrada hacían un registro de salida y entrada de los clientes que iban en esos taxis, me gusto mucho ya que se notaba la seguridad que había.

First of all I am here right now, typing this as a warning to all that not only come to this resort but to any of the resorts where you land in Cancun. As soon as you go through customs you will be railroaded to a "Travel Consultant" which is code for "Membership Roper"! Stay away and keep on walking as they just want to promise to bring you to Cancun and convince you to buy some kind of "membership" to RCI or World Pass or whatever resort they work at. Then, once you get to the Ocean Maya Royale they even have them there! Be careful because they will first tell you they are your resort consultant and they tell you that you have come to a "Meeting" about the resort. Do not mention anything about getting the Privilege program. If you do you will be approached by "Membership" sellers. Privilege membership is by people who bought into a membership with RCI, H10 and World Pass. Not that there is anything wrong with that, if you want to go to an hour and a half presentation and "special breakfast" which was at the same buffet that we would have eaten at anyways. So far though the resort is beautiful and the food,staff,and rooms are great. Just stay away from the "Membership" stuff and enjoy what the reort has to offer.

The Food is Horrible!!! And it is limited "BUFFET" the rooms are okay, pool as well and Bar nothing out of the ordinary!! Over all this hotel gets a 3 Star only the staff is friendly and housekeeping is great. My husband and I came to visit for the second time and i wish i could of stayed at The Reef Coco Beach Hotel like the first time we came and visited until next time!

Ocean Maya Royale was an excellent resort! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The only drawback is that there was no beach to swim at. The beach was more of a boardwalk. Other than that I have no complaints and I would definitely visit again!

I week ago me and 22 women vacationed at Ocean-Coral Turquesa for 9 days and I so enjoyed my stay there. The food was out of this world delicious and the resort was soooo clean and the staff was awesome. I loved all of them. A few of us had met an employee by the name of Guillermo Tercero Lopez Reyes. He is a good man and a pleasure to have met. We all adopted him as a member of our family and we will keep him in our prayers. He is an asset to your company and I hope you will treat him kindly. I have nothing but positive things to say about Hotel Ocean Maya! The staff was friendly, always smiling and very welcoming. The resort was very clean. The grounds were well kept and iguanas and some cute little monkey/raccoon looking thing roamed around which was awesome. Our room decor was super cute. We had our own private balcony which was convenient and allowed us to spend our nights outdoors listening to the sounds of the ocean and leaves blowing. Housekeeping was great, the rooms were cleaned daily and we were welcomed to a very sanitary room (no sign of anything gross). The bed was a bit hard (that would be my only critique). They had fun entertainment each night and group activities. There were different restaurants to choose from (I was a fan of the Hibachi Grill). There were also exercise classes available and different games to partake in around the pool. I would recommend visiting Xel Ha but you could probably skip the Tulum tour (the tour guide was hard to hear and we spend most of the time squinting in the hot baking sun) although the ocean/beach near the pyramids was fantastic and the pyramids themselves were beautiful, so if you can go without paying for the non-informative tour guide then do it. Overall I would highly recommend Hotel Ocean Maya and hope to visit again soon!
