La estadía fue fantástica, me hospede con mi esposa y dos niños de 9 y 11 años; nos atendieron como reyes, todo el personal muy amable siempre había una sonrisa y buena disposición para todo lo que se solicitaba. Todo el servicio muy acorde a lo esperado, se preocupan por el huésped, si uno sale están pendientes y le hacen recomendaciones y sugerencias sobre la zona. El aseo en las habitaciones y en general en todo el hotel se ve a diario, gran variedad de restaurantes, bares.

Worst stay ever experienced at Dreams Tulum. Had so many inconveniences from the time we arrived to the day we left. We were denied water at pool bars. We had to get up and get our own drinks at restaurants because the waiter never returned after taking our orders. I asked for 12 water bottles and I was questioned on why so many. Our transportation to the airport left us without even asking lobby/hotel personnel about the 22 person group they went to pick up. Nobody of the hotel staff bothered either to ask the transplantation bus who they were picking up to locate us after we were given a wrong pick up hour. Food was not good. bartenders and waiters demand tips or otherwise you are second platter. when we asked for drinks we would get annoying faces from staff members. I was never able to connect the the free WiFi they supposedly offer. Bars would close half hour earlier than posted on their web site because bartenders wanted to have the area clean by the time the bar was supposed to close. I would ask for 10 drinks and only get 8. Bartenders would get mad because I would ask for many drinks at a time. Very disappointing. The maid did not go one of the days I stayed. I was being sold a bottle of wine by one of the waiters without Concierge knowing about it. Very bad service. I had to pay 6,000 pesos for airport transportation after nobody at the hotel bothered to locate us for our original transport service. I guess this is a way for them to make money. I have asked for a receipt for this taxi service but yet to have an answer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not stay here, you will regret it.

The food offered in the restaurants was delicious and the 24 hour room service was without additional charge. The pool was large and had more than sufficient sun lounges for all guests. This resort was spectacular. The outstanding service, nice rooms, delicious onsite restaurants, activities, large private beach, and spectacular grounds were absolute paradise. My only complaint was that the water does not seem to get hot. It just stays luke-warm. For most people this is probably fine because Mexico is generally hot and cooler water is more refreshing. However, I enjoy a hot bath especially on a luxurious vacation so I was not a fan of this particularly small inconvenience. Otherwise, very well done Dreams!

We came down for a wedding in July and the only negativity is the humidity. Aside from that everything has been great! We used Olympus Tours and they have been honest and a great time. Make sure where ever you go you ask for A.C. or Wi-Fi passwords to make the trip to the resort go by easier. The resort itself is grest, plenty of activities, safe water to drink, easy access to the ocean, and a lovely time in the pool. The Tulum Ruins your was great, but hot in July and make sure you do it to learn about the Mayan culture. The cenotes were amazing, safe, and we had a wonderful driver and tour guide. Lovely place and looking forward to more great days!

Awesome resort. My wife and I came here for our wedding last week and everything went perfect. Yesenia is a great wedding organizer, she took care of everything which relieved us of any stress. Teo took excellent pictures of us and our guests. Mario and Sergio at the concierge services were quick to adress anything we wanted and helped ensure everything including transportation for our guests went as planned. Filiberto the guy in charge of cleaning our room made our stay wonderful. He would refill our mini-fridge constantly and since we drink lots of water he would stock us with 12 water bottles each time. He would clean the room very thoroughly and was always super nice. He added many additional things being that it was our honeymoon like ribbons, roses, etc. At the bars, Desiderio stood out as the best bartender ever. Best resort and best vacation ever!!

They really made the vacation special and entertaining, especially for our 5 kids who will never forget GUSTAV, MARIO, BRANDO, IVAN and JAVI. These guys were exceptionally talented, charismatic, and friendly. They are the hardest working people we have ever met. While they were all special, Javi was exceptionally friendly and entertaining.

This hotel was great. I went for a wedding and it was one of the best vacations I have ever had. The hotel was unique. It was very clean. The room service came by twice a day to check if everything was fine. The beach was very nice. It did have a little area for swimming where there were no rocks but it was gorgeous. The pools were great to and had many activities. Shoutout to the entertainment team! You guys made my stay here so fun. They would get you into doing most activities and they were so fun. Missing my best David. He was so energetic and made my stay one of the best stays of my life. The bar b y the pool was so cool. It was very well run too. Also , they had really good food from the barefoot grill, the buffet, the cafe, and sea side grill. I am defintally looking into coming back as soon as I get the chance. We caught great weather too!
