Cuidado, no se dejen engañar por la apariencia romántica de refugio de Robison Crusoe de las fotos de su sitio web. El verdadero Azulic son cabañas sin privacidad, mal construidas y peor mantenidas ( las cortinas se estan cayendo, los vidrios estaban sucios, las pasarelas desclavadas, las instalaciones corren a la vista por todo el terreno que dicen cuidar, la bañera de madera se ve sucia porque no desagua bien), no hay luz electrica, ni restaurante, ni bar, ni reposeras, ni sombra en la playa, y cuando yo llegué lo atendía una sola persona que hacía todo....Soy un arquitecto dedicado a hacer hoteles, y aunque sé que en turismo casi nada es como parece, este caso desprestigia a Tulum, una de las playas mas bellas y mejor cuidadas del mundo.

It was a great experience and loving memories. Is one of the best echo hotels in the world. Beautiful nature and great staff, responsible, polite and very helpful. The place was peaceful and relaxing. Sea Turtle come out to the beach to lay they eggs. I recommend anyone to try this beautiful hotel.

Amazing environmentally friendly hotel. Built in the style of an amazing tree house this is a luxury resort with amazing spa and great beach location. Top floor restaurant is amazing, be sure to check out the street rooftop lookouts.

Not flexible with availability at all. I had to reschedule my trip due to health reasons but they were unwilling to work with me. When I tried to gift my 5 day stay to someone else they said it was non-transferable. So disappointed!

If I can give you one piece of advice it would be to avoid this place like the plague. The place is a full construction site. With a cloud of dust, full accompaniment of generators and interested work men it is not the place to spend your holiday. We came to Tulum to relax and enjoy the sun, sea and sand. We ended up not wanting to return to the hotel each evening.

Extremely beautiful place (wooden villas) Very tasty and excelent breakfast. Beware to the construction and the no-privacy at all Beware 2 the beach is nodistic. Cons: Intruction noise from 8 ap until 7pm No privacy at all in the rooms (glass walls) The wooden bridge to the villas is very high and not safe at all, very dangerous! Noise from the villas above in the night, cant sleep. Very annoying. Not enough chairs at the beach (only 8 ot 10) Wifi works only at the lobby.
