El hotel es Genial La playa con la que cuenta simplemente es la mejor de la Riviera Maya y es un perfecto lugar para hospedarse con la familia o la pareja. Lo que me fascina de este lugar es que si tienes suerte y pones atención en la playa, puede que tengas la suerte de ver como alguna tortuga marina saca la cabeza del agua para respirar y volver al fondo. Todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar. les recomiendo las que se encuentran en los pisos superiores del hotel, ya que la vista en la mañana con la salida del sol. Es especial. Espero les sirva de ayuda mi opinión sobre este magnifico hotel.

Me encanta este hotel, la relacion de calidad y precio es excelente y si lo que buscas es la playa, este lugar ea perfecto, tiene mejor playa que sirenis, bahia principe, barcelo, la vista de las habitaciones es muy buena.

My Nan stayed here for her 75th Birthday this year and absolutely loved it!! While she was here I emailed the team at the hotel from the Uk and asked them if they could do something special for my Nans birthday and they went above and beyond to ensure she enjoyed her stay! Super tolles Hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und weitläufig, sodass wir nicht bemerkt haben, dass zu unserer Zeit das Hotel zu 100% ausgebucht war. Hohes Maß an Sauberkeit, sehr leckeres Essen, sowohl im Buffet-Restaurant, als auch in den kleineren anderen Restaurants. Bester Strand in der ganzen Region. Wir würden diesen Urlaub jederzeit wiederholen!

Great people great staff. Tania our concierge! Wilbert main Bar always fun and entertaining excellent service Jazmin as well. Sintia as well. Hombre Orquesta Ageless was amazing what he can do with his one man band instruments! All the staff at the Sushi Bar as well as the front bar. All the staff is part of the great experience and really make our stay fun. Always smiling always laughing while working their tails off.

Superb beach with lots of sea turtles and fish, making it great for snorkeling. Only 4 stars because the rooms could use an update, however you spend most of your time outdoors, so not a bid deal for us.

We went from January 24th to 31st 2016. Nice, clean, quiet, awesome beach view from our room, like all rooms. Very good food, at the buffet or all 4 A la carte restaurants. Smiling staff all over the resort. Marcelo was always ready to serve or help us at the buffet. Everything you need or not need to just relax :)

My girlfriend and I stayed here over the Christmas of 2012. The snorkeling was amazing and we saw an abundance of sea life right off the beach. The best part was swimming with the turtles less than 50m off the beach. The food was very good and the variety was okay. We are already making plans to come back to this resort soon.

There beach has the best snorkelling iv done down in Mexico lots of turtles rays and fish. Foods good and the room are sufficient a little old but no issues. That staff has bin very happy and accommodating. Think this may be my new go to resort as I cant stress it enough the snorkelling is awesome

We stayed here for just short of four weeks. I have been here before years and years ago and my fondest memories were the beach, the staff and the entertainment shows...this time we were amazed with the beach and the new pool the hotel staff were so friendly and many of the faces were familiar however we were greatly disappointed with the entertainment staff, they were rude and disrespectful. The hotel and beach are worth going back to try it again we love the small resort feel and that all the guests are so happy and friendly here!!!

Big rooms, food ok price is really good but the beach is a dream if you like snorkelling. Today is our first day and we saw 7-8 turtles, a sting-ray and a barracuda.
