Hermoso sitio para parejas. Romantico. No esperes un hotel divertido, es mas para relajarte y pasar momentos hermosos con tu pareja. Los costos son algo elevados pero vale la pena si tienes con que pagar. Recomendable. El personal te atiende de primera y las instalaciones son de lo mejor.

El lugar es maravilloso, la atención del personal no tiene comparación. Los servicios del hotel son fenomenales. La comida es deliciosa. Es un excelente lugar para ir a relajarse con la mejor compañía, ya que el ambiente es acogedor. Si tienes la oportunidad, no dejes de ir!!!

Just stopped in for some happy hour drinks. They do this cool thing where you choose some parameters and they make you a custom cocktail. Perfect for lounging by their infinity pool with amazing beach view.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant area, open space with a water motif. The drinks are exceptional and the tú amor is never the same twice, but never a disappointment. This is some of the best Italian food in the area.

Wonderful style and design; kind of French contemporary, and in a magical site. Food was okay with small portions compared to what we experienced elsewhere in Tulum. However, the staff were wonderful and made it a very pleasant dinner.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around... A truly amazing experience. Quiet and remote, which is exactly what we needed during this trip. Loved the staff - they were all very professional and courteous. Infinity pool was a great way to relax. Would love to stay on a second floor next time around to take advantage of their great terrence. No beach right in front, but there are a few close by/walking distance.

This hotel is amazing. The design is beautiful, sitting along the picturesque rocky coast, grab a cabana and a glass of champagne to take in the peaceful view. The rooms are very modern and stocked with luxury amenities (comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, Malin + Goetz bath products, etc). If you can, get a room with a private plunge pool to soak in (with jets and water heater if you desire), which are also in a more private area of the hotel. The hotel also has a central pool for cooling off and grabbing a refreshing drink or bite to eat by the restaurant / bar. In terms of location, it is just a 5-10 minute walk to the famous Playa Paraiso (beach) and 20-30 minute walk to the Mayan ruins, though a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the main area of Tulum for shopping and dining. There are bikes available for rent from the front desk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the service from the restaurant when we sat at the cabanas. The front desk staff consistently asked how they could assist with our stay and visit to Tulum, though never pressured us to book anything. The couples massage (outside in cabana) was one of the best my wife and I have ever had. Our stay was very relaxing and romantic, exactly what we needed. Thank you Hotel Mi Amor, we hope to visit again!

Perfect rooms, excellent staff, if not a little expensive. The restaurant breakfast is nice, but the dinner menu lacks clear vision. My pasta dish was a weird combination of seemingly tasty ingredients that left my palate confused.
