El hotel está convenientemente a cinco minutos del aeropuerto, tienen transporte gratuito a lugar las tres terminales y en mi caso renté un coche y después de entregarlo hablé al hotel y pasaron por mi. El servicio es muy bueno, la habitación tiene mini bar, caja de seguridad, control de temperatura, tina y una cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El restaurante da servicio de 6 a 23 hrs y cuenta con un desayuno bufett.

very close to airport. has shuttle to and from airport. for some reason AMEX is not very widely accepted even though they show they accept it. double checked AMEX to make sure it works in Mexico, and this location said it was not accepted. the delivery guy who brought food also said it was not accepted...yet the resort we stayed at, where my bill was in excess of 2000 usd, was accepted. must be that they dont like AMEX because they take too much of their profit.

Room was great, food in the restaurant was probably a 3/5, pool/jacuzzi was nice. We stayed here primarily for the shuttle service which left every half hour to and from the airport around the clock. Check in is EXACTLY at three. If your flight arrives earlier than that, be prepared to wait. Uber services this hotel (I guess some they are not allowed?) which will get you to wherever else you need to go.

A top class business class hotel. Very friendly staff and attention to your needs. Lovely Hacienda setting, with interior gardens, and an amazing restaurant. Rooms are well equipped, very clean, and the hotel is very new too. Steps away from the Cancun Airport, and part of the Lagos del Sol luxury residential development.
