Un hotel con experiencia de lujo, no el típico hotel de playa. Los restaurantes con mobiliario de primera y sus chefs muy atentos. Si tienes membresía de club vacacional puedes tener acceso a bebidas premium. Son muy cuidadosos con los códigos de vestimenta, así que no verás gente con ropa mojada en los restaurantes y pasillos. No es un hotel para niños. El Spa y el gym muy completos. El único detalle negativo fue que el jacuzzi nunca funcionó. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

They would not allow us to pay up front. When we arrived from our 8 hour flight, they kept saying our card would not work (we tried 3 different ones, all of which knew we would be out of country. Our credit card does not even have an international block on it). They refused to manually type in our card or take it over the phone from our bank. We then saw a huge wedding party come in. After 2 hours of arguing on the phone on our honeymoon, we were informed from our cab driver they constantly overbook. We expressed our concern to the resort that we HAD NO PLACE TO GO. They would not even call a manager down so we could speak to someone. As soon as we said we would be leaving, they all but tossed our things onto the curb and cut off our bracelets. Completely unprofessional and they left us stranded in Mexico on our honeymoon with no cares at all.

The location is great and so is the room service. We have only been here one day , but our sheets were dirty and the sink did not drain. Room service took care of everything immediately. The brought us clean sheets and also fixed the clog in the sink. We love the beach the resort so far.

We got a good deal to go during the off season. Overall we had a fine time at the resort, but it is small compared to the other resorts. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Food and drinks were good too. The lack of restaurant choice for breakfast was a negative. Oh, and I recommend not doing the presentation put on by management. They will say that the presentation will take about an hour and a half, but they will also eat breakfast with you, show you a room, and then do the presentation. All in all it took us 2.5 hours to get through it all and we felt like we wasted half a day. Plus, I did not like all the probing questions...

Great place to relax. Great Staff. Everybody is doing great job but....... Sandos management did not give their employees tools to provide event better service. Employees have not been provided opportunity to take English courses thus if you do not speak Spanish you will run into chllenging situations. It is ambarassing seeing Staff trying to fulfill your wishes and not being able to do it due to ignorance of corporate office. Also, they will try to talk you to purchase Elite Club membership. If you have money to waste go ahead. I could not make business case out of it no matter how low they went down with the price.

My wife and I spent two nights here to celebrate our anniversary and we were both thoroughly impressed with everything. We were given a free upgrade as it was a special occasion which was nice touch and completely unexpected. The food was amazing, the beach was spectacular and the staff were all well trained in customer service The resort is literally on the beach and the beach is huge almost overwhelmingly expansive. There were so many activities that we will be back just to get the full luxury experience.

Recommend the Mojitos at the Saint Tropez restaurant in particular....! The Cacun beach must be one of the top five in the world and the Sandos hotel is perfect for people who want something more personal than the huge factory constructions that exist elsewhere on the strip...

My stay at Sandos Cancun was pleasant we were greeted at the front desk with champaign and roses. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this location and the hospitality of the staff they were always pleasant, greeting you, and willing to resolve any issue that you have. Room service came morning and night to turn the sheets down with chocolates and an activity list I thought was really nice how they pay attention to details to make your stay special. I especially enjoy the St Trop restaurant and omg the mojitos onpoint! There was a variety of resturant and the food is good. I also loved the pool and breath taking beaches...overall the experience was great I would visit one of their hotel again

We went to Sandos for a scuba diving lesson and immediately talked about booking there for our next vacation! The pool was immaculate, with the perfect height to create an unbeatable view of the gulf! We also highly recommend scuba with aquaworld. Their staff is so helpful; they made first timers like us feel like pros! (I included the aquaworld staff in this because they are stationed at the resort and did our training session right there in Sandos pool)

we arrived In the place really pleasant and you feel You being welcomed. But after you check in, everything suddenly changed. The room service takes hours to come to your room. Every single dinner we feel like being discriminated. The hostess Beatriz just horoble, she was keeping tell the lies unless you question her. It just out of luck. Every night no matter which restranurant we went. She is like evil followed us. We have been nice and polite to her, but she think we are easy to get over us. Otherwise good luck to get seat or a dinner. We also met couple of other guest at the hotel. He said the same thing to us, he also had issue with one of the maneuver. We have really bad experience in this hotel, never will go back and definitely not recommend.

The staff was incredible, food delicious, and the resort just beautiful. This would have been a 5+ but the last night we were there the penthouse had a party that rocked the hotel until after 2:30pm. The night manager said he could do nothing about the noise and they would be done around 2:30am. REALLY?? Poor management in my opinion but the rest of of our vacation there was so awesome, we took it away as an overall good experience. We would recommend it again.

one of are favorite vacation spots! My wife and I had a great time at Sandos Resort. Every one enjoyed our stay. The staff was so polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were all having a great time! And we truly did have a wonderful experience. If I go back to Cancun I would stay here, and would recommend to friends.will start with the positive. The rooms were very nice, spacious and had great views. The beach is pretty nice as well. They do a good job of keeping it clean. The staff is very friendly and seem like good people. The spa is simply amazing and I have many upper class spas to compare this place to and Sandos spa stands above. The WiFi was pretty fast as well.

Definitely avoid this place. Was there for a week long conference and the food was universally approaching, if not always, terrible. Only upside was that I never got sick.
