Nos hospedamos en condominios Marina Pinacate unidad B-206 bajo la administracion de FMI Rentals, nos encanto la locacion muy cerca de bares y restaurantes por lo que no era necesario manejar todo el tiempo, el personal que nos atendio siempre muy atentos y amables fueron de gran ayuda para hacer nuestra estancia mas placentera, en cuanto al balance calidad - precio estamos muy complacidos ya que estuvimos comparando y fue esta la opcion mas economica, definitivamente estamos interesados en regresar y podemos recomendar esta locacion y a la compañia de manejo de propiedad a nuestros familiares y amigos.

We have rented from FMI Rentals a few times previously. Last week we stayed at Casa Amarilla, The property needs a lot of upgrading. Half of the window blinds were missing form the glass patio doors facing the front of the house, two burners on the stove were not working, one of the showers the drain was not working, The couch was missing one of the legs. The maintenance crew were very nice and helpful fixing what they could fix but the property owners need to upgrade the place if they want to keep renting it at the rate they rent it for. Casa Amarilla was a big disappointment.

We stayed at Marina Picante. We had a one bedroom. The view from the room was fantastic. The price was right and it was convenient to restuarants. The only down side was that although we had a great view of the beach to get to it was a hike. It was in September and too hot to hike! We absolutely loved the staff and I am going to get in touch with them for out vacation this year. They were great!

We just visited Puerto Peñasco using a unit on FMI Rentals and the service was great. the facilities were very clean, very safe and the employees provided great service. we felt just like home. we loved that no loud music later than 10pm and it was very peaceful we would definitely return

This facility is well maintained and the front desk staff, Jonathan in particular was friendly, helpful and knows the area well. We will definitely be coming back with the entire family.

Stayed at Azul Mariposa and had a wonderful time. Great place at great rates. I will look to stay there again for future vacations.

We like FMI Rentals, and have been renting houses through them for many years. Last week we stayed at Las Palapitas, one of the larger and most expensive houses they offer. The house was OK--"fine." But I was not pleased that with 5 bedrooms, the dining table only seated 4 people! Comfortable meals with friends sitting around the table are always a highlight on a Rocky Point trip. Unfortunately, at Palapitas we had to eat in shifts or sitting on the couch holding a plate on your knees. That was a big disappointment.
