    EL HOSPEDAJE FUE UNA GRAN DECEPCION. FUI AL ROCKY POINT BIKER Y RESERVE CON 3 MESES DE ANTICIPACION 2 APARTAMENTOS Y SOLO ME RESERVARON UNO. Y ESO NO FUE TODO, CUANDO LLEGUE A REGISTRARME ME COBRARON 25 DLS MAS POR NOCHE POR APARTAMENTO. EL DUEÑO RUBEN MENDEZ FUE UNA PERSONA MUY GROSERA. AUN QUE HICE LOS DEPOSITOS DEL TOTAL DEL PRECIO ACORDADO NO RESPETO LOS PRECIOS ESTABLECIDOS. ADEMAS ESTUVIMOS 2 NOCHES Y NUNCA FUERON A LIMPIAR, NUNCA RENOVARON TOALLAS NI ACCESORIOS DE LIMPIEZA BASICA. LOS APARTAMENTOS NO TIENE ESTUFA NI NINGUN UTENCILIO COMO APARECE EN LAS FOTOS DE PROMOCION. LA EXPERIENCIA FUE MUY MUY MUY MALA. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR PARA HOSPEDARSE, ESTE LUGAR REPRESENTA UNA MUY MUY MALA IMAGEN DE PUERTO PEÑASCO PARA LOS TURISTAS NACIONALES Y EXTRANJEROS.

    We paid for 2 night and only stayed one. Our experience with the stay was unpleasant for being our first time visiting rocky point, they broke in to our truck and took a tablet, and also took the two side mirror of our truck. The rooms are very clean but the is NO security in the property. We were not the only family that had something missing from the vehicles, in fact a family had there car stolen from the parking lot. After this encounter we decided to leave, my husband went to drop off the keys and to speak to the owners and they were no where to be found or either they were hiding from the customers. PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!
