Jim SwickardAs the owner of Hacienda de los Santos I am protesting that Google permits such people as the one who gave us a single star to randomly select hotels to berate without cause. That individual, Marius Muller, did not stay in our hotel and wrote a note that was not even in a language it was gibberish. We have a lengthy list of national and international awards just in 2015 and Google should be more responsible if they wish to compete with Trip Advisor or any other of the hotel rating systems. In 2014 we were ranked by Trip Advisor as the 5th top luxury hotel in Mexico and this year as the 2nd top Hotel in Mexico in the Small category.....we are not a four star hotel, however we are a Four Diamond AAA hotel of which less than 2% of hotels worldwide can qualiry.. Google is simply making a feeble attempt at trying to emulate Trip Advisor and AAA with their ratings.
