Es un lugar con un buen servicio e instalaciones con una estética muy bonita, el lugar donde se encuentra ubicado es casi en el centro de la ciudad , sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y de un diceño muy bueno

Hermoso y agradable lugar, sin embargo la atención por parte de los empleados no es la mejor... A menos que seas rubio, llegues elegantemente vestido, hables otro idioma y/o si es posible muestres tu cartera con dólares, euros o tarjeta platino.

Si visitas Álamos no debes dejar escapar la oportunidad de entrar al bar o al área de restaurante donde encontrarás muchos detalles típicos de la época de la revolución mexicana. Cuenta con un jardín muy hermoso.

As the owner of Hacienda de los Santos I am protesting that Google permits such people as the one who gave us a single star to randomly select hotels to berate without cause. That individual, Marius Muller, did not stay in our hotel and wrote a note that was not even in a language it was gibberish. We have a lengthy list of national and international awards just in 2015 and Google should be more responsible if they wish to compete with Trip Advisor or any other of the hotel rating systems. In 2014 we were ranked by Trip Advisor as the 5th top luxury hotel in Mexico and this year as the 2nd top Hotel in Mexico in the Small category.....we are not a four star hotel, however we are a Four Diamond AAA hotel of which less than 2% of hotels worldwide can qualiry.. Google is simply making a feeble attempt at trying to emulate Trip Advisor and AAA with their ratings.
