Claro que regresaría es formidable y se los recomiendo ampliamente ya que pasaran un extraordinario descanso

El personal es muy amable desde que uno llega se nota que lo importante realmente es el huésped . Los cuartos son super amplios y muy limpios, todos tienen jacuzzi. Los restaurantes ofrecen comida típica y de muy buena calidad, además es el único hotel que he visto que tiene una especie de cafetería tipo starbucks que ya se incluye en el precio todo incluido, por si solo tienes antojo de un café, té, frappe o postre puedes dirigirte a este lugar y estar un buen rato.

Overall good experience. Entertainment was excellent. The drinks and food were really good. Customer service was outstanding. I really liked the idea of the private room service boxes but, they seemed pointless after every time I would order food the person bringing it would knock on my door and come into my room anyway which was a bit frustrating. Other than the privacy boxes I have no complaints, really amazing resort!

A lot of rules which are only enforced on some people and not others. Also be resort credits are actually $10 coupons. You can only use 1 each time. Seems like false advertising. The atmosphere is quiet, if you are looking for a party I would suggest going elsewhere. The hotel has a romantic ambience. My biggest complaint was that our room started smelling like cigarette smoke, and despite informing the front desk, the situation only got worse. I believe the rooms are all non smoking, but our neighbors were smoking, and it fed in through the air conditioning. I really appreciated the coffee shop and well stocked mini bar. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would probably go back.

Booked to stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancún for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and professional staff and treated like royalty. The hotel is in an amazing location - right on the beach and within walking distance to the large shopping mall and the lively down town area. The rooms are kept clean and tidy and the room service is quick and reliable. There is a great choice of dining options at the hyatt zilara cancún and a good variety of different themed events held on a daily basis. The pool area is kept clean and tidy all day long and there are waiters who will serve drinks to your sun bed around the clock. Other facilities include a gym, shops, spa treatment area and lounge area. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and would definitely book again

I believe the rooms are all non smoking, but our neighbors were smoking, and it fed in through the air conditioning. I really appreciated the coffee shop and well stocked mini bar. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would probably go back.

I have been to this resort numerous times and never had a bad experience. Always very clean, very beautiful, fantastic food, great service and awesome people .24 hour room service, coffee house, 24 hour lounge complete with leather couches, pool tables, hot snacks, hard liquor, wine, televisions and a wonderful terrace to sit on and watch the sun set. Expect to be pampered!! Pool is great! You can find 3 hot tubs outside in the garden area close to the spa - a very nice place to relax. The SPA is also incredible. A variety of restaurants & bars to choose from. Spice, the buffet restaurant is full of international foods..even the pickiest eaters will find something to enjoy. Desserts were delightful! The rooms are big and beautiful. Nice washrooms! Every room faces the ocean! If you want an exceptional vacation, this is the place to go!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful resort the week of October 18, 2014. The Hyatt Zilara is a beautiful and well run resort! We have been frequenting resorts for 15 years and this is by far the best resort we have ever visited. We stayed in a Jr. suite which was very comfortable, spacious and spotless. The layout of the suite and resort are excellent. The onsite restaurants are superior, offering a vast array of cuisines each night. The food choices and quality are outstanding. The nightly entertainment and the performers were incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and enormously helpful in all areas. They made our experience in Cancun even more pleasurable. My family really enjoyed the Royal Caribbean Resort initially. It is a beautiful resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. The maid service is so helpful that she took one of our keys while we were gone and reentered our room using that key. She helped herself to my daughters I pod and 3 very nice rings. We thought my daughter just miss placed her key, until the entry log showed that the key was used when we all were downtown. All other valuables were in the safe. My daughter has a problem of trusting people, she learned a tough lesson. So please be very careful and place valuables in the safe.

Amazing. My Wife and I had our honeymoon here back in July of 2009. We stayed for 7 nights. The food was amazing at every restaurant we went to. The service was great and staff were always friendly. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was great. There we shows and live music in the lobby/bar area every night. I could not find a single thing to complain about...... We went to the sister resort next door that you have access to just to check it out. They allowed kids and the atmosphere was much different. If you want a quiet/romantic/trnquil experience I would reccomend The Royal resort to anybody.
