Mala experiencia, contratas todo incluido y en el restaurant argentino pides un platillo y te mencionan que debes pagar 10 dolares extra por que no esta en todo incluido como 8 platillos. La atencion pesima te entregan la habitacion a las 6pm y tienes que esperar, los gerentes nunca estan para dar tu queja. Para servirte una bebida duran como unos 40 min. Malooooo. Ademas el aire acondicionado no servia ni el telefono del cuarto, baje a la recepcion a avisarles dos veces por que no fueron a arreglar el problema y me respondian que hablara por telefono " que no entienden que no servia el telefono o no entendian el español". Deje mi queja por escrito y ya son 20 dias y ninguna disculpa. Nooo pierdan su dinero en este pesimo hotel ademas de caro pero muy caro no lo vale.

Not very good I booked an ocean front Suite and was given a back side room. I called to have the room changed and the front desk was short and rude. I politely asked (probably not the right approach) to speak with the manager on duty. I was told she was busy and so asked her to give me a call back it was very important. No one ever called me back. After three calls to the front desk I never got a hold of a manager. Do not recommend this hotel especially for the price. Horrible service and facilities.

We had just been at an all-inclusive resort called Moon Palace Cancun, where we had a horrendous time! So we decided to move to the JW for our last 2 nights in Mexico to salvage our vacation. This hotel totally saved our vacation!!! We are normally used to all-inclusive resorts while in Mexico, so we weren’t sure if we should go to the JW, but so glad we did. Even with the price of the room, and paying for all our meals, we ended up spending less per night at the JW than we did at Moon Palace! The JW in Cancun is so luxurious. The rooms are spacious, with amazing views of the beach. The service at this hotel was incredible from the service staff at the pool and beach area, to the front desk staff and chamber maids. We order room service a few times, which our kids love, and the food was actually very good, and served hot. Desserts at this hotel were especially delicious. We also at poolside and beachside, with equally delicious food and drinks. My kids and I fell in love with the mango and peach smoothies!! The Marriot property next door was also available for us to use, and we ended up going to one of their restaurants for dinner one night. The Japanese place there was very good and our family enjoyed our time. Since we left the moon palace a bit frustrated, my wife and I decided to splurge on Spa services at the JW spa. We each used the Spa facilities and got massage treatments, which helped to completely relax us on the final days of our trip, which was so needed! We left Cancun without a care in the world! Thank you JW Marriot for saving our vacation!! We will definitely be coming back our next time in Cancun!

While studying next door at the Marriott Casa Magna, we went over to the Sedona Grill at the JW Marriott resort for dinner. The food and service were excellent. Also, the gift shop and 750 pizza shop have a bigger selection of items than the one at the Casa Magna. The nice thing is that you can charge the meals to your room, no matter which property you staying in.

The resort and location is perfect! Their staff is outstanding always gracious and attentive. While here for New Years Eve their party in the hotel seems a bit over priced at $270 us per person i rhink a little high even for Cancun. The room was excellent but they did not leave towels after making the room and also no toilet paper. Should not have to call to ask for these things.

Upon our arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Understandably our room was not ready as we arrived at 12 noon. We were given full access the spa and facilities. We were updated frequently from the front desk and were later upgraded for our wait. The staff, food, and facilities were a 10 ++
