Frank RuganiStayed for 5 days in mid-February. The private and public areas are kept meticulously clean. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Housekeeping services are excellent. Our experience at the restaurant and grill were consistently good. Fresh fruits, vegetables and fish were all prepared well. Breakfast was particularly good and so were the appetizers. The beach is white sand and the water is warm. Bicycles are available for use and come in handy for visiting the Tulum ruins. Just as in real estate, location-location-location is key. The Beach Tulum Hotel has location in spades. Easy walk to town along the beach. The resort and rooms open to a 3-4 miles stretch of white sand beach. First time stay at this resort and looking forward to many more visits.

Darren WoodsonWe celebrated our 30 th wedding anniversary and it could not have been better . The facility is amazing and the location perfect. But the staff and attitude of the people working there is what made it so special . Especially the front reception staff just made us feel like family . A big shout out to Frida , Marianne, Brenda , Silvina and the rest . Thank you for making our trip so special , weapon to be back some day .
