Marcos MadrazoThe most disappointing experience I´ve ever had in hospitality. They offer all this services through their website and share all this pictures as if they function as a normal and formal hotel but when I got there (Saturday 2pm, February 2017) it was closed. I then called and ask where the reception was and a lady, who answered a personal phone and said was the owner, told me they would arrive at night and by then, they could be able to open. When I ask her why they offer accommodation and restaurant services which are not providing, she hang up the phone. Terrible manners and horrible way to treat a client. I had to put one star so I can share this but the real score is 0 stars.

Christoph WeningerWaren vor kurzem bei Harald und seiner Frau Sonia zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war mit Abstand die beste die wir bei unserer Rundreise in Yucatan bezogen. Persönlicher Kontakt schon bei der Anreise, ein Willkommensdrink und Tips vom Gastgeber erzeugten sofort Gastfreundschaft und Wohlbefinden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gefühlvoll eingerichtet und äusserst sauber. Abendessen und Frühstück frisch zubereitet bei authentischem Ambiente. Kann die Hacienda nur weiter empfehlen und raten bisschen länger zu bleiben und von dort aus Tagestrips zu unternehmen. Vielen Dank an Harald und Liebe Grüße aus Wien!!!

Moni P.Nice hotel, some rooms extraordinary. Friendly staff. I liked the breakfast. Pool looks nice, but has not much space for sunbathing, instead guests in the restaurant watching you ;-)

Iwona Alicja VillaThis is definitely the best place to stay if you planning to go to Izamal. As Izamal is called Magic Town, Hacienda Hotel Santo Domingo is magic as well. The place on the earth with special vibrant & energy. Sonia & Harald make sure you fee like home... or better, since we are on vacation hahaha. Come here & stay as long as you can!!!!
