Es un hotel hermoso, los jardines, albercas y áreas comunes son excelentes no hay nada que criticar de ellas. La gente es muy atenta y servicial. Los cuartos son amplios con aire acondicionado en buen estado, no batallas con calor en los cuartos. Las camas son muy buenas y los baños están en muy buen estado. Al ser un hotel all inclusive las bebidas y comidas están incluidas, las bebidas son de buena calidad y tienen una muy amplia variedad. La comida no le daría cinco si no cuatro estrellas ya que todo estaba regular, no comí nada que fuera algo espectacular. Las comidas están muy americanizadas probablemente por el gran número de extranjeros en el hotel.

UNA PESADILLA! Estoy completamente decepcionada, enojada y frustrada con el servicio de este resort. Mi futuro esposo y yo nos comprometimos y decidimos tener nuestra boda en cancun, entramos a la pagina y vimos los paquetes de bodas y nos parecieron muy buenos, reservamos y desde entonces el trato que nos dieron en general fue pésimo, se tardaban dias en contestar emails, ni ellos mismos se ponían de acuerdo en la información que daban y 2 semanas antes de la boda por casualidad nos enteramos que había un cargo extra por cada persona no hospedada en el hotel que quisiera entrar a la boda, lo cual incrementaba nuestro presupuesto 50,000 pesos, en ningún momento nos explicaron esto y es imposible suponerlo, pésima comunicacion, al final con dos semanas solamente tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde llevar a cabo la boda pues ya teniamos a todos los invitados viajando y no estabamos dispuestos a pagar 50,000 pesos mas por una información que era su responsabilidad informar con claridad desde el principio ademas del mal trato que ya nos habían dado. La politica de cancelacion decia que podiamos usar el dinero del anticipo de la boda en el resort, pero nunca nos dijeron claramente en que, solo nos preguntaron en que nos gustaría, pedimos que fuera en una noche de hotel para nuestra noche de bodas y en un par de cosas en el spa, me respondieron un mail confuso dando a entender que si podiamos y al final nos dijeron que NO PODIAMOS usarlo en la habitación tampoco, que tenia que ser en algo más, estoy fastidiada de la falta de seriedad, mal servicio y pésima información que brindan, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

A toda la gente, Victor en recepción, los meseros Sergio, Enrique, Roberto, Ely, el equipo de entretenimiento genial, los Bartender de la alberca siempre amables, la señorita del Coco Café (perdón olvide el nombre) super atenta y amable. Toda la gente que trabaja ahí, mis respetos a su servicio.

It is the most amazing place, but what makes my experience better than the high standards is the warm and friendly staff.. From ground staff to chef, maid etc so far all the staff I have come across have been polite with an opening smile... Which in turn has put a smile on my face... I can honestly say that Now Sapphire Riviera have the most helpful not to mention courteous staff I have ever come across in my travels..

Nice sand and gentle waves (some seaweed but they clean it up all day long), tropical grounds, nice pools, employees are so friendly. Shout out to Francisco at the pool bar and lobby bar, Diego at breakfast buffet, and Jesus on the beach. Love all the entertainment team and kids club workers as well. Shows were great. If we needed anything we called desk or housekeeping and they helped right away. Mexican night was totally awesome and delicious! Thanks for a nice vacation!

Great place, wonderingly relaxing. Beautiful views, everyone is very friendly. Mix drinks are good, though I think the mixers around all artificially sweetened, I guess quantity over quality. Restaurants were surprisingly good, water features and fountains everywhere. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Good entertainment, though I wish the musicians played more than just one set. Prices in the store are kind of absurd, i.e. $20 for sunscreen, but I guess that is expected at a resort. tl;dr: overall great, well maintained, good value

We traveled to Cancun, Mexico to attend the Closer to the Sun music festival which was being held on the Now Sapphire resort. I was completely impressed by the level of service at this resort. The staff was always prompt and friendly. The resort itself is very nice and the beaches are clean. We stayed for a week in December, and the weather was perfect. 85 degrees during the day, and 75 at night. I would definitely come back to this resort.

This resort is certainly gorgeous! We stayed for 4 days for a wedding and the service was always excellent during our stay! I would give 5 stars for the service but unfortunately there were major problems we had that forced me to take off 3 stars. We had BEDBUGS in our room! Room 1421. I thought I was getting mosquito bites at first until I realized that every morning I was getting more new bites on my neck, shoulder and arm. I wish we would have switched rooms but it was already our last night and my young daughter was already asleep when I realized it was bedbugs! I hope to God no bugs got into our luggage and came home with us!! I also wish the food would have been better. All you really do at an all inclusive is eat and drink all day so I would recommend that they hire better chefs! I tried emailing their customer service about the bedbugs before posting this review but I was ignored. Such a shame!

While the resort itself is beautiful, the food leaved little to be desired. I came to Mexico in hopes of eating good Mexican food. Unfortunately, this resort did not have any. I mean there was very little Mexican food and their attempt at American cuisine was horrid. The mashed potatoes were boxed mashed potatoes, the Fettuccine Alfredo was prepackaged type (there are just two for instances). I think the cost to stay would afford them the means to hire at least one chef. I was also expected to do a "no pressure" hour and half long speech to try and sell me their deal. No pressure was laughable and we went well over the hour and half. I would probably never recommend this resort

This was my first all-inclusive, and it was a great experience! The rooms were very nice, and fairly up to date. Not that there is any reason to stay inside, when you have a beautiful beach and pool. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of one of the days, but the bartenders made up for it. There was a good variety in food I felt, and the alcohol was not the cheap stuff.

The restaurants are beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, the beach is beautiful! My boyfriend and I went for 1 week which is defiantly not long enough. We would go back tomorrow if we could! I can not recommend this hotel enough.

I am going to state some of the problems with this hotel and some of the great things. Overall the hotel was nice and cozy Problems: The buffet (Market café) where it has the buffet was way too hot even though the food was great. They had no AC at that specific location and I would lose my appetite because of the heat. The room maintenance was just by your luck. My friend’s room would get cleaned 3-4 times a day and my room would get cleaned once maximum twice and sometimes they would forget to replace the new towels and shampoos I would wake up every morning at 6am either because of the sound of the lawn mower or their delivery trucks reversing and unloading. And in the afternoons the maids would start cleaning rooms making unnecessary noise. Also in the afternoons when the pool and beach was closed there was no good entertainment. No shows or activities. (Boring shows) Goods: nice beach and pool beds and shadings Food was good Friendly and hardworking staff They would easily solve your problems and help when needed

Sister had her wedding here recently and I found the place was great. The decor was beautiful, service was excellent, and the food I thought was really good, though I only ate at the Marketplace cafe, coco cafe, and lemon grass, not their other places.

Had an amazing vacation! Everyone at the resort were AMAZING!! They were great with our kids! Interacted with them every time they saw them. Hugo is an amazing hardworking waiter at the pool! He was outstanding! Lemongrass restaurant experience was amazing! The ladies at Explorers Club were wonderful with our kids. I am already counting down the days when we are back next year for a family wedding! I was sad to leave!

EXCELLENT service and clean well kept resort! My husband and i came back to this resort a 2nd time. We have been to this chain of resorts for the past 5 visits. The food and staff made us return here. We were unable to fill out a survey to list specific staff members... but wanted to make sure they were acknowledged on here. Felix - beach server (very friendly and outgoing, made us laugh every day). Adolpho - preferred pool bartender (professional, always looking to serve us and never let us go without a drink). Fermine - entertainment staff member (showed interest in our group, great attitude, and constantly kept us updated on shows and things going on around the resort). Please be sure these three get utmost credit for making our trip wonderful and memorable!

Very beautiful location and beautifully designed with amazingly friendly staff, all inclusive resort so it is very comfortable living. Rooms are spacious with manual A/C control, and close proximity to everything . Pool closes a little earlier than other resorts and the beach has much seaweeds but the water is warm and clear and free of creatures, but they wont kick you out if you go :)

We loved this resort it was our first, after going to a second resort we realized how nice this one was, great gym over looking the water, pool is huge, beach was nice only issue was the seaweed, but might have been bad due to time of year. The drinks were amazing rooms were good, so many good places to relax on the resort, lots of on resort activities as well as off resort. We would definitely go back!

7 reviews 1.0 star rating 1/13/16 I was not happy with this resort. We spent the week of Christmas 2015. We usually go away during that week. We stayed at the Royal Sands two years prior and everything was exceptional there. This place looked very pretty but the food was horrible. The best edible dinner was the hibachi. We had two rooms for the six of us. As most other reviews posted, there is a lot of sea weed on the beach. I asked the front desk four times to have the hotel manager call me regarding my unsatisfaction and I left my cell number. Its now been three weeks now that I returned home and still to date have not heard from anyone. We were very disappointed because this is the yearly vacation that I take with my kids and spent a lot of money between the food and airline flights. I made the best of it by not staying at the hotel to much and we did daily excursions which kept us busy. I really want everyone to know what a terrible place this is and I want to stress to not, not not even think about staying at this resort. I found this place from RCI timeshare

We would like to express to visitors to be ON GUARD and BEWARE leaving anything of value in your locked room unattended. Our cell phones were stolen off our nightstand while charging. When we reported it to the resort they did nothing. Needless to say we felt very unsafe! After talking to "Monica" and other staff, there was no follow up as promised and have not heard a thing from the Now Sapphire Resort. We will never stay at any Amresorts Collection Resort & Spas due to the poor customer service.
