Excelente hotel El servicio, las habitaciones y la comida muy buena . Los personales nos trataron con mucho respeto y fueron muy serviciales en todo momento .Que gente tan amable! ! Desde que llegamos hasta salir todos nos trataron de la mejor manera.(12/07 al 19/07) La camarera Esther fue una de las mejores! Si Dios me permite volvería a este hotel siempre. Saludos desde Paraguay.

Excelente servicio de todo el personal. Hace falta un poco de mas mantenimiento en la alberca techada. Estaría excelente que pusieran más meseros en la zona de albercas, incluso en la playa. En general es excelente hotel.

Buen hotel gama media, siempre encontrarás algo para comer, servicio en general bueno, lo único que no está muy bien es la preferencia en el servicio del bar de la piscina por los estadounidenses, si eres latino no te atenderán muy bien, se ponen sordos al idioma español.

Lástima de la comida...terrible...no hay gran variedad para ser buffette, las bebidas insípidas...no todo el.personal trata bien al huesped, cuidado con los vendedores de tiempo compartido. Falta mantenimiento a los cuartos...mi baño no dejó de tirar agua, tina con grietas, colchón viejo, almohadas hasta huelen feo, aire acondicionado sin potencia y ruidoso, camión de la basura llega atrás de mi habitación con ruido infernal a la 1 am durante 40 minutos, lobo y feo y muy viejo, alberca techada es gran idea...pero esta fría, atractivo principal era área toboganes nos tocó 1 día sin servicio, en esa área hay camastros y techos para ellos sin lonas. ..es decir los techos no sirven, animador de la alberca molesto sumamente vulgar y corriente...es decir...tienen una ubicación extraordinaria pero no hacen bien las cosas....no vuelvo!

Llegué como lunamielero a éste hotel, y como sabrán los que ya pasaron por esto pues vienen con su pareja saliendo del su recepción que fue una locura, además de viajar por la madrugada y y aún con el traje de bodas; llegamos y lo mínimo que esperábamos era que fueran empáticos con non nosotros, pero todo lo demás estuvo excelente. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, la atención de todos los integrantes, desde Recepción (Daniel), la responsable de la limpieza de la habitación, los cocineros, los que atienden las mesas, los integrantes de la barra de tragos en la playa (Neyser y Kevin y también los otros), se esmeran porque el hospedado se sienta de maravillas, como nos sentimos mi familia y yo. Los encargados de entretenimiento con juegos, conocimientos, música, Pepe y Alejandro, realmente es gente que divierten y alegran al visitante. Los restaurantes La Piazza, Sans Soucy, una comida deliciosa. El comedor central, incomparable, todo es rico, y todos se desviven por atender bien (Manuel y Pepe, al igual que los otros). Me voy feliz a mi país Argentina, pero con el deseo de regresar nuevamente el próximo Enero/18. Un fuerte abrazo!!!

Casi fue perfecto, por solo tres detalles… 1- Hay personal que te ofrece paquetes para seguir viajando, por lo que te ofrecen algún desayuno y platican con el huésped, para hacer una oferta en 90 minutos. Estos 90 minutos de extendió a medio día (perdido) por al pasar con una tercera persona ya para cerrar la venta fue grosero, altanero y por querer cerrar rápido el trato , me di cuenta que el personal que me atendió me estuvo mintiendo durante varias horas. 2- De la habitación, me robaron un bolso de mi niña (camarista Julio). El bolso era una artesanía que le compre a mi hija con algunos pesos. 3- Al salir del hotel y realizar el check – out quise abordar el camión para ir al centro, pero el vigilante no me dejaba salir pues no habían cortado mi brazalete y tenían que corroborar con no se quien para dejarme salir…

Busquen otras opciones, he ido al Barceló y al Dreams y sin duda son mejores que este. Sólo tienen un restaurant Buffet y la comida no es muy variada, ya no cobran por el Internet pero te obligan a dejar una tarjeta (del hotel) para obtener una toalla y si no la regresas te cobran $35 USD. No te llevan las bebidas a la alberca. Ojo, los invitarán a una comida dentro del hotel, donde un representante les inrentará vender paquetes para futuras vacaciones, eso se me hace poco ético. Los jugos no son naturales. Conclusión. No vale lo que pagas.

El hotel en general tiene buen aspecto. La comida del bufet es muy similar y muchas veces poco atractiva. Aunque las habitaciones se veían limpias, las camas olían mal. El teatro y el cine siempre están oscuros y es difícil ver la limpieza, sin embargo, no fue necesario verlos para darse cuenta de que estaban sucios pues olían mal, en particular el cine. No se en que lugar ocurrió (cama, cine o teatro) pero termine con picaduras de animales.

WE MADE A REPORT TO FRONT DESK AND HOTEL MANAGER SAID HE WOULD GIVE US AN ANSWER WITHIN 72 HRS. MEANWHILE WE ASKED THE HOUSEKEEPER IF SHE CAME IN OUR ROOM THE DAY THEY WENT MISSING SHE SAID SHE WAS OFF. SO WE THOUGHT OKKK FINE . THE HOTEL MANAGER BROUGHT US THE REPORT COME TO FIND OUT EDDY WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAME IN OUR ROOM THAT DAY AND ONLY PERSON WHO HAD ACCESS. WE SPOKE TO A DIFFERWNT HOTEL MANAGER WHO WAS ON SHIFT AND HE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT WANT TO HELP HE WAS COVERING UP FOR HER HIS NAME IS VICENTE . ALSO THEY CHARGE FOR STROLLER RENTAL WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THEY ALSO WANT TO CHARGE YOU A TRANSPORTATION FEE of 15 DOLLARS TO BRING TO THE HOTEL . SHOULDNT YOU ALREADY HAVE STROLLERS , WHEELCHAIRS AND ECT IF YOU ARE ADVERTISING IT ?!? THE STEAKHOUSE THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . EVERYTHING IS BY APPT, SO WE MADE AN APPT ARRIVE AT 7:10pm AND COME TO FIND OUT WE DONT HAVE AN APPT ?!? SO BASICALLY THEY NEVER SIGNED US UP. SAME THING WITH FISHERMAN REST. THEY DID THIS TWICE TO US . THE LADY WHO HAS A CONVENIENT STORE NEXT TO THE REST.GALLOS IS RUDE, SHE KEPT SNATCHING AND PULLING THE WATER TOY AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTERS HANDS . JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS THAT WE WEE NOT GOING TO PURCHASE THE ITEM. THE BUFFET IA OK BUT THE LADDY WHO MAKES THE CREPES NAMED RAQUEL IS RUDE A**F**** LIKE I SAID WE STAYED THERE 8 DAYS AND EVEYTIME SHE HAD AN ATTITIDE AND RUDE. THE ROOMS ARE TOO CROWDED, THEIR BEDS SUCK OH AND ALSO THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF ANTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. WHEN WE MADE THE POLICE REPORT ABOUT THE STOLEN GLASSES THEY TOLD US THIS WAS THE #2 HOTEL WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT PERSONAl ITEMS BEING STOLEN . ONE OF THE TIMES WE WERE IN THE LOBBY A PERSON WHO HAD JUST CHECKED IN WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT ANTS IN HER ROOM, SAID THE ONLY REASON THEY CAME BACK TO CANCUN WAS BECAUSE THEIR HOTEL AT HARD ROCK WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THOUGH THIS HOTEL WOULD BE THE SAME AND SAID THEY WERE WRONG .

We had an amazing time at the Crown Paradise Club! The atmosphere was great and welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The kids club staff was incredible they were very loving and made our kids feel welcomed. Our two kids never wanted to leave they enjoyed it soo much. We really appreciate Paula, Karla, Alphonso, Dulcet, Jose, Miroslava, Jenny and Ale for making our kiddos stay memorable! These kids club members also put on excellent entertainment shows in the evening which were entertaining. We attended all the shows the 7 nights we stayed. They also have an great magic show, Mexican heritage show, and Circus so A make sure to check them out! Brendon took us to feed Iguanas one morning which was awesome. All the waiters, housekeeping and staff were great! The food was always great, soo many choices and something is served at all hours. I highly recommend this all exclusive resort to anyone with or without kids there is something to do at any age. We plan to return soon!

Great family hotel, awesome balcony views, clean property. A young kids water park and two larger slides for the bigger kids as well as mini putt to keep them busy on site. The usual get up at the crack of dawn to place your towels on your chairs around the pool and there is no issue for beach chairs as we had red flags ( high winds and big waves) all week. One thing missing for me was an espresso bar, only regular coffee at a self serve station if you wanted one outside of the dining areas. The a la cartes are good and there is a small selection of non gluten food! Cheers

We were greeted with a mimosa when we got there. Which made us feel welcome. The rooms are a good size, although the walls are very thin, you can hear you neighbors talking and what not. On the main floor there is a huge draft always coming in and out of the stairway to get to the pools. Food was great. All in all I would go again.

The resort is very well maintained, great beach. The food was OK, not great. The worst part about this place is the coffee. They do not have a barista on site, no freshly ground coffee, no real coffee of any sort! The coffee that they do have tastes like it is re-brewed 4 times. Not good. The staff were all nice. The resort recently changed ownership, so when we stayed for a week during Thanksgiving they were doing upgrades so construction was going on during are stay, like the roof being redone, and other areas that were not cool to look at. Also the sliding glass doors to the balconies seem to whistle or make alot of noise which can be bothersome at night. This was the case in 2 different rooms we stayed in, I stuffed some bedding or towels in the bottom and that seemed to help alot. Food was decent. I would like more of a variety. There is a buffet and several other restaurants on site which need a reservation except for the buffet. The bartenders were cool and all workers were very nice. Management was great in helping make our stay better when the wife had a minor incident where she cut her toe by the pool. Felt safe to stay there, no safety concerns.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the airport. The room is of a very Good size and has a nace balcony. The service is good, the food at the restaurant where the buffet is is great, with a wide variety of different food styles. The drinks are so so, the lemonade is average at best, foro examine. A very Good experience in general. Dont let yourself get fooled by the shared time sellers at the lobby.

This hotel was bad just a bad experience. 1.] The food was bad that you could hardly eat it just disgusting, and bad. 2.] The hotel was dirty, and the room was bad we had to switch rooms, the floors had dirt, and bugs were in some places. Also the bathrooms were small you could barley get in the shower. 3.] The room service was HORRIBLE it took more than an a hour for room service to bring in a drink to our room. It may be busy,but a HOUR!?! For a drink?!? 4.] 3/4 people in my family were getting sick from the food, and the dirtiness from the hotel. 5.] When my family was going to play basketball we went up the stairs then on the left side was a dump! It looked like it was just old and rusty from like years ago. 6.] The pool water was dirty it had sand in it, and bugs to it is not a good place to go swimming, also at the beach you could not go in the water the entire trip because of the water dragging you to sea which was not meantionrd before we went on this trip which is awful service to people coming to this place to enjoy the beach water. 7.] This place shall not give that much of a enjoyable vacation, so please go somewhere enjoyable and have a nice vacation. The other reviews that are good probobly are people paid to do so or workers of the hotel.

Friendly staff and buffet food was ok. Speciality restaurants are not worth the hassle of going through reservations, picking up your dinner pass etc. Kids menu at the restaurants are limited to the usual micro-waved pizza, hot-dog or nuggets. For a family-oriented place, there is nothing really for the little ones (under 3 or so) and the standard rooms have only regular beds and they do not offer bed rails/guards. The rooms are old and run down. The beach was nice and there were plenty of beach chairs. We have been at several other all-inclusive hotels in Cancun and this was our least favorite. This is not a 4+ star place; I would rate it max of 2.5 stars.

Estivemos desfrutando deste maravilhoso Resort em Cancun de 28May a 05Jun, fomos muito bem recebidos desde o momento em que o carro da CVC nos desembarcou na recepção, nossos quartos foram 1617 e 1050, é logico que a visão/vista do quarto 1617 e fantástica!!! todos os funcionários foram atenciosos e amáveis, não conseguimos guardar os nomes de todos os funcionarios porém deste não podermos deixar de lembrar, Camarareiras Tania e Sara , Garçons Victor, Pepe, Gonzalez, Pavon e muitos outros,.da recepão, telefonista, serviço de quatro etc o hotel em geral é muito bom, as refeições são excelentes tanto no buffet como nos restaurantes. Obrigado Crown Paradise Club Cancun, com certeza vamos voltar até breve !!!!!!

The place is right across the street from a water processing center. You can smell poop if you are in the upper pool. The first thing you encounter when you come in is a group of shark like sales people who immediately get you agree to spend the morning with you. They are trying to sell you a time share. Every night we had to sleep to the music of a horrible live band. They played until 1 am EVERY NIGHT. You can hear all the night time activity through in your room. Also, the hotel is next to an abandoned building that is have knocked down. I would not recommend this place. You had to pay for wi fi and the beaches were super weedy. The food was just ok but not great. Very little shady spots around the pool.

The resort is good with accommodation and entertaining. I gave 2 stars because the food is so disgusting I would give it a 0 star. But over all, it wouldnt be fair to grade the resort based only on it. They have a buffet and a few restaurants here and all of them equally gross. Its a low quality food with terrible cooking skills. It seems like the food was already eaten before. The wine is diluted with who knows what. Mojito I jad had half of the mint mold and the lime was slimy and sour from the age. Thanks to crackers, other wise we would be starving. I used to not eat those in the States. Now I learned to appreciate it.
