Soy Mexicana, mi experiencia en el hotel es maravilloso, nunca sentí la discriminación por ser mexicana sino todo lo contrario, nos trataron super bien y la forma en que te saludan en cualquier lugar del hotel es amable, los restaurantes son excelentes, la comida y la bebida es de primera, el spa esta magnifico, ni que decir de las habitaciones que están dotadas de excelentes almohadas y todavía cuando ingresas al hotel te preguntan si deseas una almohada especial para agregártela a la habitación, así como si deseas el periódico todos los días y que tipo de ambientación quieres para tu habitación. Claro que regresaría es formidable y se los recomiendo ampliamente ya que pasaran un extraordinario descanso

Este hotel tiene todas sus habitaciones con vista al mar , lo cual nos permite disfrutar de una maravillosa vista. El personal es muy amable desde que uno llega se nota que lo importante realmente es el huésped . Los cuartos son super amplios y muy limpios, todos tienen jacuzzi. Los restaurantes ofrecen comida típica y de muy buena calidad, además es el único hotel que he visto que tiene una especie de cafetería tipo starbucks que ya se incluye en el precio todo incluido, por si solo tienes antojo de un café, té, frappe o postre puedes dirigirte a este lugar y estar un buen rato.

en mi experiencia fui tratado muy mal por el personal del hotel desde que llegue el tipo de la recepción llegue le entregue mi reservación y me hizo esperar como si no les hubiera pagado y todavía atendió a unos estadounidenses siendo que ahí ay mas personal no el sr. primero atendió a los gringos siendo que estos ni las gracias le dieron y el como un payaso con sus famosas caravanas estúpidas que a mi y a mi esposa no nos mostró nada de una buena educación ni respeto esto me pareció muy racista de su parte bueno abreviando todo el personal sin excepción son una bola de malinchistas que a los nacionales nos tratan tan mal que no me quedaron ganas de quedarme alguna vez mas en ese lugar ni aunque me lo regalaran a y de los restaurantes que tienen no todos son buenos ya que supuestamente son de gourmet.. bueno sin palabras y la comida asiática dios mío que culpa tienen los chefs pero es lo que les ordenan se me hace que los enseñaron en alguna provincia de vietnam fue horrible bueno les dejo mi experiencia pero si quieren experimentar adelante bye ...

Tengan cuidado, les querrán vender semanas en el Hotel y les dirán que pagan solo 235 dólares por persona por semana, cuando en realidad es por noche y quedan obligados a comprar 7 noches. En el hotel les dirán que es muy barato, pero unas vacaciones aun habiendo comprado la membresía, salen a precio regular como si no tuvieran esta. Así que te roban el dinero de la membresía y no te dan nada.

The Hyatt Zilara looked great on the website when we were planning our vacation. However, when we got there it FAR outceded our expectations. The world-class service was as impressive as if you were at a Ritz Carlton. The food was great, alcohol was top shelf and plentiful unlike what you read about all-inclusive Cancun resorts. The fitness center was amazing and spotless. We are already planning our next trip to the Hyatt Zilara.

Overall good experience. Entertainment was excellent. The drinks and food were really good. Customer service was outstanding. I really liked the idea of the private room service boxes but, they seemed pointless after every time I would order food the person bringing it would knock on my door and come into my room anyway which was a bit frustrating. Other than the privacy boxes I have no complaints, really amazing resort!

Good facilities but some staff were rude and slow. Most are great but the check in person (Jerry) was rude and condescending. The manager (Enrique) was no help. A lot of rules which are only enforced on some people and not others. Also be resort credits are actually $10 coupons. You can only use 1 each time. Seems like false advertising. Probably last time I will stay here.

Overall the location of this hotel is beautiful. I would love to see some upgrades such as plumbing and air Conditioning. The restaurant choices were decent and the servers were great. You get to choose the types of pillows you want for your room. The pool is huge with tons of space and poolside cabanas. The beach bar with the swings facing the ocean is an awesome touch if you are beach side. The food is very good with a lot of variety to choose from. My wife and I will definately come back!

The rooms all look out over the beach front. The staff was excellent but bar service could get slow (there is only one poolside bar). Everything is centrally located and you do not have to walk far to get to anything. The food was excellent for an all-inclusive hotel. The atmosphere is quiet, if you are looking for a party I would suggest going elsewhere. The hotel has a romantic ambience. My biggest complaint was that our room started smelling like cigarette smoke, and despite informing the front desk, the situation only got worse. I believe the rooms are all non smoking, but our neighbors were smoking, and it fed in through the air conditioning. I really appreciated the coffee shop and well stocked mini bar. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would probably go back.

This hotel was the epitome of a vacation. We stayed in a swim up room. The views were spectacular. The service at every level and venue was impeccable. Our room had its own hot tub, private swimming pool at our doorstep, telescope, premium liquor stocked mini bar. Attention was paid to every detail of our comfort down to choosing our own pillows. Great place! Awesome staff, incredible views. Make sure to request high floor rooms. Some rooms have Nespresso coffee machines. All rooms are Oceanview so no need to upgrade! 20min walk from the Cancun Hotel Zone clubs and bars. Make sure to make a reservation to the Asiana Restaurant ahead of time for the Hibachi dinner.

Just a shame about the guests that have no class, who abuse the hotel, staff and fellow guests, with their unacceptable drunken loutish behaviour..Also did not like the school disco in the 24hr lounge, whos crazy idea was that?? Hyatt Management its time to get back to basics, and restore some luxury back into the Zilara. Theres a reason it is now rated as number 6 on trip advisor, Just look around and you will see why, and its NOT because of the staff.

I have been to several hotels in my time traveling to Mexico. This resort is by far the friendliest and most accommodating. My wife and I had a terrific experience. The hotel was 95% occupied but never felt crowded. The food was fantastic for an all-inclusive. Live shows at night top it off. We will be coming back, no doubt about it.

Made advanced reservations, but there was a problem at check-in that had us waiting in the lobby for 2 and 1/2 hours--the staff did not seem particularly interested in solving the problem (their error). Booked to stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancún for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and professional staff and treated like royalty. The hotel is in an amazing location - right on the beach and within walking distance to the large shopping mall and the lively down town area. The rooms are kept clean and tidy and the room service is quick and reliable. There is a great choice of dining options at the hyatt zilara cancún and a good variety of different themed events held on a daily basis. The pool area is kept clean and tidy all day long and there are waiters who will serve drinks to your sun bed around the clock. Other facilities include a gym, shops, spa treatment area and lounge area. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and would definitely book again

The atmosphere is quiet, if you are looking for a party I would suggest going elsewhere. The hotel has a romantic ambience. My biggest complaint was that our room started smelling like cigarette smoke, and despite informing the front desk, the situation only got worse. I believe the rooms are all non smoking, but our neighbors were smoking, and it fed in through the air conditioning. I really appreciated the coffee shop and well stocked mini bar. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would probably go back.

I have been to this resort numerous times and never had a bad experience. Always very clean, very beautiful, fantastic food, great service and awesome people .24 hour room service, coffee house, 24 hour lounge complete with leather couches, pool tables, hot snacks, hard liquor, wine, televisions and a wonderful terrace to sit on and watch the sun set. Expect to be pampered!! Pool is great! You can find 3 hot tubs outside in the garden area close to the spa - a very nice place to relax. The SPA is also incredible. A variety of restaurants & bars to choose from. Spice, the buffet restaurant is full of international foods..even the pickiest eaters will find something to enjoy. Desserts were delightful! The rooms are big and beautiful. Nice washrooms! Every room faces the ocean! If you want an exceptional vacation, this is the place to go!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your wonderful resort the week of October 18, 2014. The Hyatt Zilara is a beautiful and well run resort! We have been frequenting resorts for 15 years and this is by far the best resort we have ever visited. We stayed in a Jr. suite which was very comfortable, spacious and spotless. The layout of the suite and resort are excellent. The onsite restaurants are superior, offering a vast array of cuisines each night. The food choices and quality are outstanding. The nightly entertainment and the performers were incredible. The staff was extremely friendly and enormously helpful in all areas. They made our experience in Cancun even more pleasurable. My family really enjoyed the Royal Caribbean Resort initially. It is a beautiful resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. The maid service is so helpful that she took one of our keys while we were gone and reentered our room using that key. She helped herself to my daughters I pod and 3 very nice rings. We thought my daughter just miss placed her key, until the entry log showed that the key was used when we all were downtown. All other valuables were in the safe. My daughter has a problem of trusting people, she learned a tough lesson. So please be very careful and place valuables in the safe.

Amazing. My Wife and I had our honeymoon here back in July of 2009. We stayed for 7 nights. The food was amazing at every restaurant we went to. The service was great and staff were always friendly. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was great. There we shows and live music in the lobby/bar area every night. I could not find a single thing to complain about...... We went to the sister resort next door that you have access to just to check it out. They allowed kids and the atmosphere was much different. If you want a quiet/romantic/trnquil experience I would reccomend The Royal resort to anybody.
