Muy malas vacaciones en este hotel, una muy mala experiencia ya q el día 12 de julio del 2017 se nos iba a caer encima la estructura donde está el comedor/restaurante, en compañía de mi esposa y mis hijos de 4 meses y 4 años de edad nos encontrábamos en la parte de la barra junto ala alberca ( 1 metro o 2 de distancia de la estructura q se despego) cuando se empezó a caer la estructura. Nos asustados mucho fue el primer día de mis vacaciones alo q me dirigí a la recepción del hotel para q me cambiarán a otro hotel lo cual me fue negado, eso sí el personal y la comida estuvo bien... Tengo fotos y vídeos de lo sucedido pero nose como ponerlas aqui...

Muy buena atencion por parte los empledos pero existe una atencion especial al turismo extranjero la comida es buena pero se repinten sin mencionar q no pude usar un camastro porque a las 7 de la.mañana ya estaban apartados por los socios y por otros huspedes q no se encontraban en el area de la alberca tambien falta q le den manteniniento a las maquinas de refrescos o las cambie porq no habia en el area de la alberca sino q habia q ir a buscarlas al area del bar. Sin mencionar t ofrecen una platica de 45min para la venta de una membresia que se convierten en 3 horas con una insistencia para la compra ademas de q ami en lo personal no m reembolsaron mis 60dls q m ofrecieron porque se los quedo la persona q m habia ofrecido la membresia creo q les falta modernizarse y no ser tan insistentes en la memebresia ya q perdi 3 horas.

El hotel tiene empleados muy amables y atentos. Las facilidades un poco anticuadas. Tienen un staff para membresía muy insistente justo en la entrada lo cual es intimidante y produce mucha tensión. Alguno de los huéspedes no tienen contemplación y caminan mojados por los pasillos y se sientan en los muebles en ese estado. No hay reglas escritas para esto. La comida no es la mejor y se repite frecuentemente. Las piscinas limpias y grandes.

Tuve la oportunidad de estar en este Hotel hace 4 años y todo me pareció muy bien, con la idea de regresar en un futuro. Desgraciadamente volvimos a hospedarnos a este hotel hace 1 semana (Nov. 2016) y sinceramente no nos quedaron ganas de regresar como en un principio. Instalaciones: descuidadas Comida: Es un todo incluido pero bajaron la calidad y variedad en los alimentos. Servicio de limpieza: ese si fue muy bueno, sin palabras. Bebidas: 2,2. Personal: fueron amables. WIFI: muy elevado el costo en estos tiempos, debería ser libre para que tuviera un plus su hotel. Y por ultimo, tuve una situación donde me cobraron una llamada que realice en la cual no sirvió de nada por que el teléfono de habitación no servia bien, lo cambiaron y aun así tuve que hacerla desde mi celular para realizar dicha llamada. Le expuse esa situación en recepción y hubo indiferencia. Que lastima que por $102 pesos por el cobro de una llamada que nunca se completo por deficiencia de su servicio telefónico. Pierdan un cliente. No es el $ si no la indiferencia por falta de responsabilidad de su parte. De cualquier forma gracias.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around... Excellent vacation at Royal Solaris Cancun. I stayed there with wife and children (age 4 and 1). Hotel is directly on the beach with amazing view from the room. Comfortable rooms, clean, good food, excellent service overall. There is a kid pool area with baby sitter who can take care of children from 9am to 9pm, very safe. We left one of the kids over there every morning so we can relax a little bit. The children evening shows were outstanding. I particularly loved the Super Hero/ Disney show for children. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely return.

My wife and I visited the GR Caribe by Solaris for our 25th wedding anniversary as an all inclusive paxkage, and we were able to use the facilities at the Royal Solaris as part of our package. We had an excellent time. Great location, good food, and great staff. I would go again and highly recommend it.

The reason im giving this score is because of the harrassment to sit in for a timeshare. You think the staff was being friendly by asking you about your day but then they go into their spill. When you try to walk away they continue to talk and walk along with you. It was like this the whole stay. Thank God for the pool and the beach. Those were the highlights of the resort!!

I went with the all-inclusive trip and it was amazing. It was so nice paying for a vacation in advance and then not having to think about money for the majority of the trip once I went. The resort had a beautiful pool and an amazing beach. Their excursion packages were great (we went scuba diving) and the entire staff was fun and friendly. The food was also great and the drinks just kept coming. I recommend giving this resort a try and I hope to one-day go back.

The all inclusive is exactly that the drinks and food are great and available all day long. The beach is so Beautiful and so close you can keep the window open and feel like your sleeping on the beach. We will definitely be staying here again no questions asked till next time Royal Solaris.

This place is GARBAGE! The food is absolutely disgusting--I cannot stress this enough. We ate out every day because it was so bad. Staff is unbelievably rude. We saw a rat and asked to be refunded and they told us we could be moved to the GR solaris next door (which is nicer) and promised us all of these upgrades that they never gave us. The only redeeming part of this hotel is the beach.

Resort is not as large as other resorts I have stayed at (Punta Cana and Jamaica), but the food was beyond expectations, the customer service was excellent, as well as the drink selection and access to the beach. The Marco Polo restaurant is one of the best restaraunts ive ever been too. Has GREAT service everywhere. Couple of pools. Great beach view and excellent area. Why only 4 stars? Food at some restaurants was good, not GREAT, tasted like buffet food, which it is, AND like in all of cancun, there are people selling you stuff. The "concierge" service is just a hook to get you to go places. If you come to Cancun, research everything and YOU choose what you WANT to do.

Loved this hotel! We got an upgrade with our rooms. My parents received the master suite - which was amazing. Loved the balcony. Great service. OK food. First of all the security is horrible. A drunk.man entered my daughters room which is so dangerous and disturbing.my kids were afraid to enter into their rooms by themselves. I dont know what kind of managment they are running. The food was horrid...same food everyday and it was terrible. The quality of the food was horrible, a two star hotel would have better food. When I checked out and payed for everything including the wifi right before I left and am getting in the car..the worker at the front desk,carlos lopez, threatened to call the police for 50 dollars charge on wifi that I have already payed for. The buisness they are running is.unethical and they try to rip you off like no other..I.do not recomend this place for anybody to stay at. A waste of time and money!!

we have come to the Royal Solaris for 20 years, love it. This hotel is older but keeps up with the newest ones. Every time we come some thing new has been added. The food is the best, some thing for even the pickiest eater! the staff out of this world love this hotel, been to others this is best. st

My family stayed 4 days all-inclusive at this hotel. Before booking this hotel, I checked reviews of this hotel and it seemed a nice one. However, it was actually not as good as what I expected. I would NOT stay again and NOT recommend it to my friends. Here are a few things I want to point out: 1.Room is “clean” but I did see a few small bugs (looks like baby black aunts) on the table and bed. 2.Buffett food was so-so. You can find something eatable but not gourmet. 3.Staff & service was really bad. One thing that insulted me is that one of the staff at cafe Solaris did not allow my family (three of us including my kid) to seat a booth table-for-four for breakfast. Ironically, this staff gave this table-for-four to a couple (only two people) and let my family sit a table-for-two with one additional chair.

Um ótimo hotel, no entanto eles deveriam dar mais ênfase no português devido a grande quantidade de brasileiros que vem aqui. Ps: tragam adaptadores de tomada de pino reto.

The bell boys are good. Service room (food) was fast. Food was ok. Got tired of same food after 6days. Nonmotorized marines was included. Hoteal is Right on the beach. Good pools. Rooms were cleaned everyday with new designs. Lots of entertainment in the evenings.

The greatest hotel on cancun me and my wife felt like royal family and staff personel are really friendly were going back next year but were staying acouple of more weaks its the best hotel and place u could go for honeymoon
