Buenas noches, mi experiencia con ustedes es pésima, ustedes como profesionales que son deben de tener el pleno conocimiento que la primer impresión es la más importante y yo desde el momento en que levante la bocina para hacer una reservación, pusieron a Carlos al teléfono para levantar la reservación y es la persona mas desagradable que me haya atendido, descortés , apurado, grosero, sin tacto, simplemente el sr no tiene conocimiento del trato a clientes. nunca volveré a agendar, ni recomendar a gente para ese restaurante!!!

La carne que es lo importante está buenísima y les recomiendo pedir como acompañamiento las papas souffle porque están bien hechas y presentadas de una manera muy original. El servicio es bueno en general y puedes ver donde cocinan tu carne. El precio está bien por la calidad de la carne pero no tiene vista y por el mismo precio prefiero Puerto Madero y su hermosa vista.

本当に旨いステーキハウス。アメリカでも中々ないレベル。柔らかく、ジューシーな肉はアメリカの有名牧場から仕入れている、USプライムと呼ばれる最高級の牛肉。オススメはテンダーロイン（ヒレ）とリブアイ（肩ロース）。イケメンウェイター、アルフォンゾ（通称ジョー）がテーブルで作ってくれるシーザーサラダは抜群に旨い、お試しあれ。 2017年3月、La Islaに移転しました。

Fantastic experience. The New York Strip was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Porteño Coffee which is prepared table side and is a great fire show. Will definitely be returning.

My husband and I have been coming to Cambalache for 18 years. We stay at the Royal Resorts and Cambalache has been one of our favorite places to dine. Tonight was one of worse dining experiences at Cambalache, and we will never come back again. The wine order was taken incorrectly, the salad was suppose to be server before the main course and was not. We ended up taking the salad along because "Who eats their salad with the meal." HELLO. We ordered the New York Steak. The steak so full of grizzle and fat, a really bad cut of meat for 495 pesos. So disappointed. John and Cathleen Bannon from Pennsylvania

Was fun looking at one of the trained waiters making caesar salad right by the table. It was delicious. But the serloin steak I had was hard like rubber and not good at all.

Brilliant steakhouse - with expertise in meat. We had grilled provolone as a starter (would have been enough for a main) then tried the tenderloin and tender skirt steaks, both proved to be great choices, and obviously we could not eat all of them. Prices are very reasonable, service is great. House wine is very tasty and good quality. The only negative characteristics that it is situated in a plaza.

Amazing. The meat was superbly prepared, moist and tender. The wine recommendation was spot-on. And they catered wonderfully for my travel partner, who has some somewhat annoying dietary restrictions. Would definitely come again.
