De los creadores de México es territorio Tel...el, Papá Slim llega con su división de hoteles, si bien un par de detalles que mejorar, pero en mi estancia el todo incluido no fue bufete, si no bufete a la carta, lo que es de resaltar, las bebidas no son de alcohol que compran 100 botellas por 50 pesos y que al día siguiente te quieres arrancar la cabeza, es un paraíso. Gracias Papá Slim, ahora si, le diste valor a mi dinero. Jajaja

El servicio en los restaurantes es exelente y super agradable el lugar!! La llegada en la entrada el servicio de parte de seguridad es muy malo (pésimo) deben de poner atención ya que son la primera impresión y dar una mejor bienvenida al lugar..

Magnífica ubicación, excelente concepto, pueden mejorar el equilibrio precio, calidad y diversidad del MENÚ, tendrían un 10 con eso, ya que no hay muchas opciones locales.

All around its a paradise, amazing nature, the houses in the entrance of the hotel are amazing, the pool beside the beach its great, but the problem are the rooms, they are kind of old, but the sight its amazing. also the food its really bad! try villa palmar!

The location is on a beautiful beach, the water clear as day! The rooms are luxurious, though the air conditioning can get frigid at times. The service is stellar! No complaints at all

Is not a 5 star hotel, it does have its amenities and good points but we had issues since we got here, the minibar does not work, the bathrooms and windows were dirty, breakfast is good but the close the restaurant in the evening so your next meal is done at the bar area and you have to fight the flies and bees to eat, not very good
