Lou CypherHorrible. Be very careful when using the services of this company. The owner a fellow that calls himself Carlos Gudiño is an arrogant crook. We arranged the transportation of a terminal patient from San Bernardino to Ensenada BC on Jan 2015 and he demanded $6,400 dlls up front in order to do the service. Well, the service was not performed and he started giving us the run around with the refund. Finally after many phone calls and few visits to his place of business, in May 2015 he gave us a check that turned out to bounce. We went to his office to get our money without any luck. Every time we call his office to talk to him, his staff is instructed to say he is not there. Left many messages for him to call us without success. We have made appointments to see him, that get cancelled at the last minute. He owe us more that $ 5,000 dlls. So be careful. Think twice before hiring this crook.
